Unstoppable confidence and peak performance meditation.
Take a deep breath.
Become 1% more present in this moment.
Wherever you are,
It's perfect.
Relax a little.
Open a little.
Breathe a little deeper.
Let the sounds of life happening around you just become a part of the rhythm as you become more and more deeply relaxed and deeply present with each breath.
Sink a little deeper into your chair,
Into the floor,
Into your feet,
Into your body.
And as you breathe,
Allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of presence and relaxation and flow with the sound of my voice.
Take a big inhale.
Hold the breath at the top.
And exhale gently.
Just continue to breathe naturally.
Think about what confidence means to you.
Confidence is a byproduct.
It's not a prerequisite.
Know this.
Know that you don't need confidence in order to do something great.
However,
You can connect to a feeling of confidence at any time.
I'm sure that if you sink into this moment and think about it,
There was a time in your life where you once felt extraordinarily confident about something.
Maybe it was a success that you had in the past.
Maybe it's a skill that you have that you're brilliant at.
Maybe it's something you know you can do with ease.
I want you to think of a time when you felt totally,
Unstoppable confident.
Go back to that time now.
Float down into your body so you're looking through your own eyes,
Hearing sounds around you and feeling the feelings of being unstoppable,
Unshakably confident in this moment.
Feel what it feels like in your body.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Notice your breathing.
Where do you feel it?
How does it resonate?
How does it vibrate through your cells?
If you can feel that set of confidence,
Just go ahead and click your fingers.
Anchor it in.
Think about another time when you felt unstoppable confident.
Or think about that same time again.
Go back into that moment.
Float into your body in that moment.
See the world through your eyes in that moment.
See what you can see.
Hear the sounds around you and feel the feelings of being in that moment,
Unstoppable confident,
Unshakably confident.
And if it feels good,
Go ahead and click your fingers.
Each click know that you are locking this sensation,
This feeling,
This frequency,
This vibration into your cells at a deeply unconscious level in a way that you can access at any time.
Remember,
Confidence is a byproduct.
It's not a prerequisite.
This is an energetic stimulation of a sensation.
Now I want you to think about another time or another perspective of that same time when you felt unstoppable,
Unshakably confident.
Go back to that time now and float down into your body and see what you saw through your own eyes and hear what you heard and feel what you felt in that moment.
And now step out of your body and look at yourself.
Just pause time for a moment and take a look at you so you can see yourself in the picture in that moment.
Stay connected to the feeling.
But notice,
How is your posture?
How is your breathing?
If you had to rate your energy level from zero and zero being dead to ten being completely high level,
High vibe frequency,
Where would you say your energy was in that moment?
Take note of that as you step back into your body,
Back into that moment and feel what it feels like in this moment to be at that level of energy and frequency and vibration as you step confidently into this moment.
Now think about why you were confident.
Can you remember in that moment why you were so confident?
What was going on in your body,
In your cells,
In your mind?
What did you know in that moment?
What did you feel?
Just go right back there.
Let every cell remember that instance in time and keep breathing.
Breathe into this feeling and get to know it.
Remember,
Confidence is a byproduct.
It's not a prerequisite.
So what we're doing in this moment is stimulating a feeling in your nervous system that you've experienced before so that you can take one or two steps forward powerfully.
So just be with your body in this moment.
If you want to,
Go back again to the peak of the feeling.
Step into that moment when you felt unstoppably confident,
Unshakably powerful.
Notice the sensations.
Take a deep breath.
You can access this feeling any time.
I want you to take this feeling now and come back into your body.
Come back into this moment.
Keep the sensations there.
Keep the breath there.
Keep the vibration there.
Keep the frequency there.
Keep the energy there.
I just want you to pause time for a moment and imagine stepping out of your body and taking a look at yourself in this moment.
Notice where your energy is from a zero to a ten.
Notice the level of frequency and vibration that's coursing through your cells in this moment.
Observe yourself at a level ten in confidence.
If you're not there in this moment,
Just imagine there's a dial on the front of your chest and you just turn the dial ever so slightly all the way up to a level ten.
Feel what that feels like.
Feel what that does in your body.
Just feel the sensations of what it feels like to be a level ten in confidence.
Now imagine that you're watching yourself on a screen.
You're watching a movie of you going about the next moment in time,
Whatever it is that you want to do confidently.
And see yourself on the screen now at a level ten,
Calm,
Confident,
Unstoppable and fierce.
At a level ten,
Doing what it is that you want to be doing.
Play the movie out.
Watch yourself doing it.
Keeping it at a level ten.
Notice how it feels.
Notice if you want to dim the frequency a little and I invite you to keep it up high and see how it feels.
If you want to,
You can pause this recording and just stay with this activity of watching yourself do this thing that you want to do powerfully and confidently and fiercely.
And when you've done it enough times,
You'll know when you've done it enough times to know what it looks like and feels like.
Take a deep breath.
Step back into your body and feel the transfer from that moment in the past to this moment right here.
This very moment of you feeling the same frequency of confidence in yourselves in this very moment.
Knowing that confidence is a byproduct.
It's not a prerequisite.
You can take this frequency and step powerfully into the next level of your life.
This is a high performing secret.
Breathe into this energy.
Just become aware of your breath once again.
Become aware as you breathe,
As you maintain this energy,
This subtle energy.
Become aware of your feet,
Your hands,
Your soft eyes,
Your open heart,
Your surroundings.
Stay connected to that feeling as you now open your eyes.
Be conscious with the stimulation around you of what you can see and what you can feel and what you can hear.
You can still remain connected to that energy in your body of what it feels like to be powerfully,
Unstoppably confident.
And know that you can tap into this feeling again at any time.
And as your eyes open,
Check in with that place.
It's still there.
And now you get to walk through this next moment,
This next phase,
This next chapter,
This next day of your life.
Be so powerfully,
Unstoppably confident,
Like a moving,
Alive,
Awake meditation.
Take one more deep breath.
Calm is a superpower.

Amazing. I will listen to this one over and over. It's hard to take affirmations of a thing you don't really feel or believe seriously. - but that's NOT what this is. This meditation helps you remember and feel in your body a thing you have already felt and believed at some point - so you know it's possible for yourself because you've already felt it. And that makes it so much easier to really know that it's a thing you can and will feel *again*, and a thing you can cultivate. But also? Better yet, this meditation also reminds you that you don't have to feel that confidence to do what you want to do - so if it feels out of reach, that's okay too, and it doesn't mean your dreams and goals are also out of reach. So this meditation is a perfect blend of loving and accepting where you are now *and* lovingly shifting that forward into growth and alignment.
