Hi everyone it's Harry the Soul Coach and welcome to my meditation experiences.

It's time to go on a solar coaster.

Welcome,

Welcome everyone.

We are back today for another meditation experience and today is called floating through heaven.

We're going to do a countdown from four.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Go.

Closing your eyes.

Bring yourself to this moment.

Bring yourself to this moment.

I love those words because I know I'm about to connect with myself.

I know that anything that's happened today I can really now let that go.

I know that any future thoughts,

Any future plans I get to let that go.

And I'm inviting you to come and share this journey with me as we float through heaven.

So welcome back to this meditation experience.

This is for your soul.

A spiritual being having a human experience.

A free part being.

Body,

Mind and soul.

When free becomes one.

So we're going to connect the body,

Mind and soul using our breath.

Our breath as the spirit.

A spiritual connection.

Connecting all three.

So in through your nose.

Out through your nose.

Following your breath with your awareness through your heart,

Your head.

And up out as high as you can to your higher self.

And as high as your awareness goes,

As you get to that point,

Allow the breath to let go.

Allow the breath to flow.

Just one breath.

Floating through heaven.

In order to float,

We must be light.

Light.

So take your attention inside your body.

And notice that light feeling.

Feeling light.

Light.

Take your attention to your heart center.

Body,

Mind,

Soul.

All in the heart.

You in the center.

And we're going to bring awareness to the breath.

Shorten our breath.

Small,

Short breaths.

And imagine you're breathing through the heart.

In through the heart.

Out through the heart.

In through your nose.

Out through your nose.

A spiritual being having a human experience.

And this human experience,

We're about to let go of the body.

As the body rests,

Your spirit flows.

Focus on your body.

A rested body.

Focus on that feeling.

Notice that calmness.

That stillness.

A surrender of the body.

So just one breath.

It's time to connect with your soul.

Mind creates for the soul.

And the soul experiences the mind's creation.

Creating a safe space.

A calm space.

A secret space.

A space for yourself.

Notice the space.

Feeling free.

A heavenly feeling.

Floating through heaven.

Imagine that space.

Being welcomed.

Feeling accepted.

Completely at ease.

Notice that feeling.

That knowing.

Floating with that feeling.

The soul is so simple.

Love is so simple.

Your soul is love.

And your soul is this feeling.

A feeling of love.

Peace.

Stillness.

Joy.

Joy.

All so simple.

And imagine the soul looking down at your body.

Body fully healing.

Body fully relaxed.

Body in bliss.

That bliss as a feeling.

Memories are the currency of the soul.

Memories stimulate the senses of the body.

Remember this feeling.

The memories of your story with this feeling.

This feeling is your truth.

This is the truth.

This is life.

And every day is a new day.

Every day showing up with this feeling.

Heaven on earth.

There's heaven inside your body.

This feeling is flowing through your body.

Now take your attention back inside your body.

And notice the sensations.

Notice that feeling.

Aliveness in the body.

Joy from the mind.

A new experience for the soul.

And experience your soul new.

Your soul knows the truth.

Your mind creates for the soul to remember.

Remembering your truth.

Remembering your self.

Your best self is your soul.

And your best self is so simple.

That all you have to do is remember.

In your own time.

Take your time.

Slowly bring yourself back to this moment.

Just be.

Just be.

Sending you lots of love.

Lots of gratitude.

And a super soulful thank you.
