Welcome powerful hearts,
This is Harrison and I am grateful you are here today back for another guided journey to support your big presence in this world.
Today's experience holds the intention to help you listen to your body,
Specifically when that mind is extra noisy,
Extra distracted and really good at pulling you away in a hundred different directions.
This experience will support you with the balance of being with your body,
Being with yourself and learning how to be with the mind in all of its craziness.
So when you're ready,
You can get comfortable,
You can get situated and close your beautiful eyes,
Finding a position,
Either sitting or lying down in your yoga meditation or mindfulness nest.
Starting our easeful and slow breathing,
Breathing into the nose,
Into the belly and out through your mouth,
Going again into your nose,
Into your belly and out through your mouth,
Bringing your powerful awareness already to your breath,
To the rhythm of your breathing,
The way that air moves through your body like a beautiful ocean tide,
The way your chest in your body rises and falls.
Continuing to do this throughout your life in all of your moments,
But here today as we start to go deeper and deeper into your body itself,
We can begin by holding our attention on our chest,
On our belly and just bringing your loving attention to how they are rising and falling naturally,
Easefully,
Slowly.
It is here that if you are like most of us,
Naturally the mind begins to wander.
It may leap to old stories,
Beliefs,
To-do lists,
Worries or any particular loop of thought.
When this inevitably happens,
Rather than fighting or pushing,
Pause and I invite you to see each mental thinking distraction as a log floating down a stream.
It appears,
It drifts and moves by and it continues on its way,
On its cognitive way.
You don't need to push or force the log.
You don't need to hold onto it.
All that is needed here in this moment is to watch it,
Is to become the observer of it as it gently moves downstream,
Carried by the current of your consciousness.
As you continue to do this,
Offer your mind and its depths of thought,
Offer it all compassion.
And with me in your internal dialogue,
Internal thought,
Internal voice,
Acknowledge,
Thank you mind for doing your job.
Thank you mind for trying to protect me.
Thank you mind for keeping me safe.
Thank you mind,
But right now I choose to listen to my body.
I choose to listen to my body.
And allowing this appreciation to soften any tension between you and your thoughts,
Between you and your mind.
You are not in opposition to your mind.
You are simply returning home,
Again and again and again to your body,
To this temple physical vessel.
And every time you notice a distraction,
Every time you see a log float past,
Gently return to your body,
Knowing that you are strengthening your practice of mindfulness.
You are strengthening your practice of meditative listening.
You are strengthening your practice of presence itself.
Now let us continue our observation,
Our listening to our beautiful body,
Our beautiful vessel.
Let's start at the bottom of our legs,
To our beautiful feet,
The toes,
Your heel,
Your soles of your feet,
Noticing and sensing not just your skin and muscles,
But tuning into and beginning to feel and sense the energy field within and around them,
Breathing gently into your feet,
Noticing any subtle tingles,
Sensations,
Vibrations,
Your life force,
Your qi,
Noticing the weight and the different fluctuations and movements that your feet,
Your toes,
Your ankles bring about in your awareness.
If your mind drifts away like it should and can and likes to do,
Catch it.
Come back with love,
With compassion and continue this journey.
Up your shins,
Your knees,
Noticing the field,
The beautiful vibrations and sensations,
The energy moving like currents,
Continuing up and stopping for a moment in your hips and pelvis.
Much like all of our body,
Our hips and pelvis in particular,
Like to store stories,
Like to store pain,
Trauma,
Wounds from the past,
Memories,
Emotions,
Feelings,
So before we continue feeling the body,
Breathe extra intentionally into your pelvis,
Into your hips,
Your body keeps score,
Your body tells the story of your life and in these moments of awareness observation,
We get to feel that story,
We get to sense that score.
So let us continue into your belly,
Back into this belly space,
Placing your left hand gently just below your belly button and with your slow and easeful breath,
Once again noticing the expansion of this lower belly,
This lower sacral space,
The rhythm of creative energy and life dancing and moving through you.
Noticing once more the field in and around this physical center,
An opening to what wants to come through,
Opening to any guidance,
Any messages.
As we keep the train of our awareness and observation,
Moving down the track,
We move up the body to our powerful chest and heart space,
Sensing as before,
Your radiant heart field in and around this heart center,
Sensing the radiation of your heart portal,
The vastness,
The warmth,
Your heart protection.
If the mind takes you away,
Takes you into stories,
Into thought forms,
Catch them with kindness,
Return to your listening.
Return to this physical journey now into your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Breathing,
Noticing how much these areas hold for us,
How much they give,
How much they carry,
The humming,
The reaching out,
The holding.
Tune in,
Observe,
And we will continue the journey to our final body stop,
Our final feeling portal of our physical vessel,
Your throat,
Your face,
Your mind itself.
Noticing here the sensational field in and around your head,
Your throat.
Maybe there is a ringing,
Maybe there is a buzzing,
And just allowing yourself to lovingly lose yourself in this field,
In this throat,
Third eye,
And crown field.
It connects to the physical anatomical structure of our throat,
Our face,
Our head,
This whole structure,
And breathing in,
Feeling just a bit more as we zoom out now.
Zoom out of one particular physical body spot,
And now opening to sensationally tuning in to feeling our whole body at once,
Our whole physical vessel alive with sensation.
The energy field and the energy fields that make up our vessel,
Glowing,
Shining,
Pulsating around you.
This is your home.
This is where you can always come back to beyond distraction,
Beyond thought patterns,
And all the things you should be doing.
This is where we can listen and tune in to how our body speaks.
So with me,
Out loud with your beautiful physical voice and your physical expression,
Repeat,
I return with ease to my body beyond mind distraction.

Claiming.
