Back to another guided meditation and journey.
Today's intention is helping you to release heavy energy.
Let us drop in.
Closing your eyes if they're not closed already.
And understanding that today we will be cleansing and clearing that which is no longer serving you,
That which was never yours to hold,
Was never yours to carry.
Finding comfortable positions.
Either sitting or lying down.
And as I start to feel my voice,
To feel my love and my intention,
Holding you with you.
Acknowledge with me that.
Sometimes life itself.
Can feel heavy.
Life itself can feel emotionally heavy.
Can feel mentally happy.
Can feel energetically heavy.
And sometimes you carry.
Stress.
That has.
.
.
Never really been fully processed.
Stay in your body.
Pressure at that.
Never leaves your nervous system.
And emotion that build quietly over time.
Today we are going to allow your body,
Your field.
Through our breath,
Through our awareness to begin to release that which no longer needs to be carried.
So with me taking our first deep intentional breath in,
Breathing in.

And out through the mail.
Going again,
Breathing in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And we will continue this.
Breathwork here.
To start to create movement in the body.
So we will do a few more rounds of breathing in through the nose,
In through the belly.
But as you breathe out through the mouth,
I invite you to hum or make a sound with me.
Breathing in through the nose.
Breathing out with a sound.
Going again,
Breathing in through the nose.
Out with the sound.
You And one more time with the tone breathing in through the nose.
And out through the mouth with a tone.
Resting here a moment in your normal breathing rhythm noticing what has shifted already.
And we will continue now this cleansing.
Breath.
This time with a shorter inhale and an exaggerated exhale,
A longer duration to drop deeper into a parasympathetic regulated state for cleansing.
So breathing in through the nose for four.
Three.
Too.
And one,
Holding at the top for one,
Two,
Three.
And out through the mouth for 6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1 3.
.
.
Too.
And won.
Going again,
Inhale for four.

.
Too.
And one,
Holding at the top for two,
One,
Out through the mouth for six,
Five,
Four,
3.
.
.
Two,
And one.
One more round,
Breathing in for full.
3 2 and 1 holding at the top for 2,
1 and out through the mouth for 6,
5,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Surrendering.
Back into your natural.
Breathing rhythm.
Letting your breath return.
To normalcy.
And in this state.

For a scan.
Through your body.
Noticing.
Where any heaviness holds today.
Maybe in your beautiful chest.
Your stomach that might feel like it's sinking,
Your jaw that is holding tight.
Your shoulders,
Your back.
Your knees,
Your hips.
Of fate.

Force or push.
Just noticing and bringing your awareness.
Gently.
Breathing into these areas.
Breathing in and settling those parts.
Breathing out.
And creating.
Space.
Creating a softening.
And releasing.
You've been holding on to so much.
You're so.

Powerful.
You're so courageous.
You're so loving.
The air your breath can bring.
These truths of what you are into these spaces,
Holding.
Now with me.
Taking your imagination,
Your awareness.
And starting to visualize.
Yourself.
Sitting beside a slow moving river.
Slow moving.
Force of water.
The water is clear.
War days.
And beside you.
In a box.
Is everything you've been carrying.
The stress.
The thoughts and beliefs of others.
Pressure.
All the emotions.
The mental noise.
This heaviness doesn't need.

A story.
Just needs.
It needs to be cleared.
So with me,
With you,
Holding you One by one,
Place these.
Wait.

Into the river.
Place these weights into the river and watch the water carry them away.
Watch the water.
Easefully cleanse and take that which holds time.
And allowing them to move.
Allowing them to Continue onward.
As we breathe in.
And we breathe out letting them go.
As we breathe in.
Breathe out,
Letting them go.
Releasing.
Leading life.
Move again.
Letting yourself Feel this shift.
As you now get to experience.
With this lighter version of you by the river.
You now see and feel.
Warm light of the sun above your head.
Golden,
Gentle.
This light entering your crown.
And with each inhale at your own pace.
This light begins to move slowly through the rest of your body.
Cleansing and clearing your mind.
Anything that remains.
The light cleansing and clearing your head.
The light,
Cleansing and clearing your throat and upper chest.
The light cleansing and clearing.
Your lower chest and stomach.
The light cleansing and clearing your hips.
Pelvis.
And moving down your leg.
All the way down.
All the way down.
Into your feet.
All the way down into the ground below you as you feel it leaving your field,
Your body Feel your nervous system,
Your emotional state,
Your mental state.
Come back into groundedness.
Come back into.
Stability.
As we breathe into this space.
And out,
Expanding.
Breathing into this space.
I'm breathing out,
Expanding.
Resting here.
As you continue to listen to my words.
As you continue to listen.
To my love and.

Feel my presence holding you in this state.
Of stability.
Openness.
Knowing that your body and your awareness can always bring you back.
Can always bring you back into a state.
Harmony.
To a state of.

Empowerment.
Because you are the most important,
The most powerful entity in your reality.
And the world out there.
Jacks.
And the world out there throws.
And pushes.
Negativity.
Onto you.
You get to choose with love,
With awareness,
With intention.
Come back and to release.
Come back.
To your center.
So taking another big deep breath in through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
Knowing that your sensitive heart,
Your sensitive,
Empathic heart is a gift to this world.
And when you cleanse and clear that which weighs heavy on it.
Your light once more becomes bright.
Your light once more.
Comes the gift.
We all need.
So when you're ready.
That softness and ease.
Gently bringing awareness.
Back into the room that you were in.
Gently wiggling your fingers and toes.
Taking a few more moments here.
