Welcome beautiful being back to another guided journey and meditation from my heart to yours today's intention is to support the inner healing for your body for the physical pain,
Tension,
Chronic dis-ease that you may be facing whether it's in your bones,
Your joints,
Your tissues,
Your muscles or beyond.
Today's journey will nourish,
Soothe and support that which can sometimes feel like it's all a bit too much.
So I'm grateful that you are here I'm grateful that you've taken the time to put yourself first so when you're ready you can gently arrive close your eyes and know how supported and loved you are.
Taking a big deep breath in through your nose into your belly and out through your mouth going again breathing in into your nose into your belly if you're not in a comfortable position either sitting or lying down already you can take this moment to get even one percent more comfortable more supported allowing yourself to find any ease even if you're coming into this meditation with a bit of discomfort,
Pain,
Tension in your body,
In your bones,
Your joints,
Etc.
Allowing your breath that is coming in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth allowing your breath already to settle you into a natural rhythm feeling the weight of your body feeling gravity around you holding you working for you knowing you don't have to hold yourself up here in this experience with me knowing you are held not just by my energy and my heart and my presence but also by your own energy,
The presence that is you ready to bring some extra intention to that which you want to release around the physical pain and discomfort you are feeling in your body and it's from this deeper inner knowing that I invite you now to receive and gently remember something important your body is never not working for you your body is not working against you often our beautiful vessels,
Our beautiful bodies hold onto tension,
Pain or tightness not as punishment but as protection your body,
My body keeps score it stores experiences,
Emotions that were never fully felt moments that were too much for us to hold,
Stress that had nowhere to go and so it holds holds in the joints holds in the tissues holds in the bones,
The muscles,
The organs,
Not to trap you but to keep you safe until you are ready to listen until you are safe enough to feel it all until you are compassionate and loving enough to accept that you can move beyond it today you are not here to fight your pain you are here to meet it with love so let us breathe into this before going any deeper,
Breathing in through your nose and breathing out,
Letting go with this extra space created,
Let us now slowly bring our awareness through the body I invite you to notice first your feet moving up from your feet to your knees,
Your hips feeling the space around them,
Both heavy,
Tight and tense and also anything that is light,
Open and free moving from the hips up the spine and your back landing on your shoulders and arms feeling your hands and your beautiful fingers flowing from them up your neck,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your forehead and the top of your crown gently noticing any place that feels tight,
Aching,
Stiff or heavy noticing with as much compassion,
Gentleness and ease perhaps a joint that has held pain for a long time perhaps a part of the body that feels resistant to letting go or a place that seems to speak louder than most wherever,
Whatever it is,
Let your awareness rest in this space not forcing any change,
Just noticing with the compassion,
Softness and ease that you bring and as you bring this awareness,
Also bring your breath towards this area and as we breathe in,
In a moment,
I want you to imagine this breath with your awareness moving through this specific joint,
Tissue or bone not to fix or force,
Just to accompany breathing in and breathe out,
Softening going again,
Breathing in,
Gently filling the space and breathe out,
Softening as you continue to breathe,
To open space and soften what is around it let these words that I speak hold that which moves I am here with you I am here with you you do not have to hold this alone anymore you do not have to hold this alone anymore letting your body feel this presence letting the body feel your presence as you continue to breathe,
Feeling more of what wants to move I invite in an imagining here of what is beneath the physical sensation for most of us this is usually emotion something old,
Something unspoken,
Something that your beautiful body stored when there was no space to feel it you don't need to know exactly what or where it comes from just in this moment,
Knowing that this is the moment that matters most,
That all possibility is available so allow what wants to move and to come up to not just reveal itself not just to speak through sensation and pain that moves and transforms but whatever arises,
Let it know it's welcome let it know it's loved and seen and you are here to meet it with compassion so here as I hold you in my presence with so much courage so much faith in how loving you are I invite you to place a hand over the area that feels painful,
Tight,
Tense,
Discomfort as you place a hand over it,
Imagine wrapping it with more warmth,
More love,
More compassion and I invite you to repeat after me towards this area of your body thank you for protecting me thank you for protecting me thank you for carrying what I couldn't at the time thank you for carrying what I couldn't at the time you can soften now you can soften now I am here I am here let the compassion from your heart move through into all the tissues like warm water letting the pain soften knowing that it's understood that it's finally loved letting any bones and joints that are holding tightness,
Friction allowing them to release what no longer needs to be stored and see and feel any heaviness wash and drain downward from your being,
From your body as you breathe slowly in and out,
Letting more go and adding more kindness and compassion as you go taking one more deep,
Deep breath here with me now,
Breathing in and letting go of any more final moments placing your hand on your heart and setting a final intention that you are here to show up for your body,
You are here to show up with devotion,
With compassion so much love for all that holds for you in order for you to step into your deepest and highest expression so holding this intention that to the best of your ability you will show up for it and whenever it needs softness,
Compassion,
Loving awareness,
You will take that step too and with this prayer of self care on your heart,
When you're ready you can slowly and easily open your eyes,
Come back into the room and space you started knowing just how nourished and supported you are
