Welcome beautiful being,
Sensitive soul,
Heart led leader in this world.
Welcome to another guided journey in meditation,
From my heart to yours.
Today's experience will once again be a guided meditation to help you home today with the intention of embracing that inner magic,
Embracing the inner magic inside of you.
We'll also be ending the guided journey with some powerful words and affirmations that you can speak forth into existence to really ground deeper into truth,
Ground deeper into what is your more expansive reality.
This meditation and these affirmations today are for you if you identify as a shaman,
A light worker,
A starseed,
A mystic or simply maybe even someone that knows they are here to lead and live from the heart.
This space is for you and I invite you with me to close your eyes and get comfortable.
Take a big deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Letting your body settle,
Allowing the sounds around you to be present.
And continuing your breath in and out,
Knowing that you have nowhere to be other than right here with me and the magic that is you.
I invite you to feel the weight of your body,
Of your vessel.
Feel your vessel itself being held by the earth,
By the surface beneath you,
Maybe a bed,
A chair,
A mat.
And on a deeper level maybe you feel here in this moment with me your body being held by the bigger spirit,
The bigger soul that holds all of you.
You don't need to have full awareness,
You don't need to understand everything logically.
But what you can offer yourself in this moment is to let go.
Let go of any tightness,
Any resistance you have to being fully present with all that you are here in this moment.
Let any tightness,
Heaviness,
Resistance,
Give it permission in this moment here with me,
Here with your magic,
To be breathed out with your breath.
Breathing in,
With your breath,
Breathing out.
Allowing the subtle intelligence,
The subtle knowing of your vessel,
Of your breath,
Of the spirit and the soul that holds and moves through you,
To let go.
All for the permission to arrive fully.
Now,
With my gentle words still holding you,
This intention of magic pulling you,
Bringing your awareness to your chest,
To your heart space.
Imagine a soft,
Luminous,
Green glow emitting and expanding from this space.
Not something you create,
But something that is easily uncovered with your awareness.
Something that's always been there,
But here with me,
Here with your magic.
Maybe for the first time in a long time,
The glow shows itself.
The glow is felt.
This glow and the space it comes from carries your intuition,
Your sensitivity,
Your ability to feel deeply.
Your capacity to see beyond the surface of things and to see the truth.
It is not here to be dimmed.
It is not here to be small,
To be less than.
Your heart and the magic inside of it.
It is here to expand.
So with me,
In this moment,
Allow it to expand.
Allow it to grow.
Through your chest,
Through your ribs,
Through your back,
Down your arms,
Down your legs,
Encompassing your whole body.
And as you allow this light,
This magic,
This presence that you are,
More room to grow,
More room to expand.
Also,
Create space for any voices,
Any mental stories and thoughts of,
Is it safe to be like this?
Will I be understood?
What if I'm too much?
What if I'm not taken correctly?
You don't need to push these voices away.
Instead,
Place a hand on your heart and meet them with compassion.
Meet all the voices,
The shadows,
The unconscious parts coming from pain,
Coming from desire to keep you safe.
Meet them all with compassion.
Meet them with,
I see you.
Meet them with,
I know you've been trying to protect me.
Meet them with the understanding that they don't need to disappear fully for your magic to also exist.
It is never an or,
It is always an and.
You are powerful,
You are magical,
And you have fear,
And you have doubt,
And you have insecurities.
You are the presence that holds it all.
And your magic flows through it.
Your magic is what holds these shadows.
And you are always allowed to be grounded in the human world.
Messiness and flying high in the mystical magic.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
This magic from your heart,
This glow from your heart does not need to prove itself,
Simply needs to be lived.
So here with me as we go deeper,
Notice how natural this feels.
Notice what happens when you stop resisting it.
You are not here to convince anyone.
You are here to let yourself be the fullness of your heart,
The fullness of your magic in all of the spaces and places you choose to show up.
So with these affirmations that I now will channel and infuse my heart,
My love into,
I invite you to either repeat them internally or continue to sit and receive that which is behind them.
The presence that is me,
But is also you.
