Back to another guided journey.
Today's intention is centered around a reminder that you do not have to do life alone.
This will be a 20-minute guided experience for connection and belonging.
Closing your eyes,
If they're not closed already.
And taking your first intentional breath with me in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
And pausing for a moment to.

Gently notice.
What is currently here with you today.
Noticing if life has felt a bit heavy.
If you've been carrying things quietly in the background.
Feeling disconnected emotionally.
Or maybe it is a feeling of simply being tired of holding everything on your own.
I remind you beautiful heart that today this experience is for you.
And as you drop deeper,
As you feel my voice and my energy holding you,
My love holding There is nothing to force here.
We're not going to make everything suddenly disappear.
We're not going to force positivity.
We're gonna remind your body,
Your heart.
Your nervous system.
That you were never meant to carry life completely.
And for the next few moments at least.
You don't have to.
Breathing in.
Bringing awareness now to your body.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Feeling the support.
Underneath your back,
Your legs.
Your hands.
And in your breath.
Move gently by itself,
Naturally.
Allowing yourself,
Even if it's just 1% more.
To arrive.
We can let go of what happened.
Yesterday,
We can let go of what is coming tomorrow.
And here.
We can breathe.
We can exist together.
We can feel supported.
Together.
You do not need to hold yourself together perfectly in this space with me.
You.
Can simply.
Be the beautiful,
Imperfect human.
You already are.
Breathing into this.
Doing one more of those,
Breathing in.
And now.
With me now,
Let us gently notice.
Where in your current state?
Body.
Your current physical structure.
It has learned where something is bracing,
Something is holding.
Maybe it's a tightness in the chest.
Maybe it is a sinking,
Swirling in the stomach.
Maybe your jaw is tight and clenched.
Maybe your shoulders are tight.
And full of tension.
The places in you that learned,
They must stay.
They must stay strong.
They must stay.
Not because something is wrong with you,
But because at some point.

.
It may have been safer.
Carry all of this alone.
May have been safer.
Carry all of this.
By yourself.
Safer not to burden anyone.
Safer not to need too much.
So here,
With me holding you.
With me loving on you,
Notice this pattern.
With compassion.
And as we breathe in now,
This compassion spreads.
And as we breathe out,
We release.
Going again,
Breathing in this compassion.
And breathing out,
Releasing.
Letting your nervous system.
Feel safe.
Letting your nervous system Remember that it doesn't need to stay in survival mode right now.
As we now get to Wyden.
Winds as we now get to expand.
Our awareness and imagine.
It's spreading all around our world.
Imagining it spreading,
This connection,
This compassion.
I'll link all around the world to other people.
Who are breathing with you.
Right?
Your awareness spreading.
Around the world remembering your part of life and all of the people sitting quietly at night.
Of the people trying to calm their minds and stop overthinking.
All of the people longing to feel understood.
Or carrying invisible.
Heaviness and visible emotions.
No one else can see.
And for a moment.
Allow your heart.
To feel this shit.
Humanity.
Allow your heart.
To feel this shit.
Connection.
Every person.
Wanting love.
Every person.
Peace.
Every person wanting somewhere to feel a sense of deep belonging.
You.
And your beautiful heart are not separate.
From these experiences.
You and your beautiful heart.
Are a part.
Of all of it.
Heart of this vast living universe.
Human experience.
So as we breathe in,
We breathe in together.
And we release out together.
As we breathe in,
We breathe in together.
And we release out together.
We get to now.
With this connection to the whole.
We get to consciously choose something new.
A choice.
We now.
Open to letting ourselves be.
Support it.
Letting ourselves be gently held.
Not by one person,
By life.
Collective.
Itself.
The breath.
Moving through you.
The ground.
Supporting you.
The quiet,
Loving.
Presence of this moment.
Asking nothing from you.
You do not need to earn this rest that comes with this support.
You do not need.

To be deserving.
Of this collective support.
You are already worthy.
Of this care.
Of this kind of collective love.
So with me here in this moment.
Let yourself feel what happens.
When you stop.
Grouping so tightly.
When you allow yourself.
To be held.
To be supported.
Instead of carrying everything.
By yourself.
Even now.
Your heart is beating.
On its own.
Even now,
Your breath is moving.
On its own.
You are a part of a life.
Heart of a collective that is already here.
Helping and holding.
Consciously breathing this in.
Going again,
Breathing in this support.
Knowing that.
It can all be this easy.
Knowing that.
It can all be this easeful.
And in this space are.
Easefulness.
In this space of connection.
We now get to choose.
To open our heart a little bit more.
Gently.
And your inner awareness spring to mind.
Someone who has shown.

Your kindness.
Someone that is already gone.
In your community,
Maybe someone that you've connected to someone that,
Through their words,
Their presence,
Their hug,
A moment of understanding has shown you loving kindness.
And notice how your body responds to being cared for.
Notice how your heart responds to being cared for.
And in this moment.
Of community love,
Community connection.
And now I invite you to open your heart.
Even more slightly.
Just enough.
To let deeper connection in.
Just enough.
To feel.
Deeper layer of love.
And belonging.
And in this space,
Breathing in slowly.
Going again,
And as we breathe in,
Allowing that belonging to spread.
Breathing in.
And and pausing.
For a few final moments.
Feeling all that we have cultivated.
Feeling all that you are connecting to.
Knowing that all of this is part of you.
All of this.
You never needed.
To strive for.
And today you get to choose to take this feeling.
Take this connection,
This belonging,
This reminder.
Never needed to do it alone.
Choosing to take it with you.
Into all the spaces and places that your heart desires.
Steps into.
Taking one more deep breath with me.
And with ease and grace slowly.
Bringing.
Attention and awareness.
To the room around you,
Wiggling your toes,
Your fingers.
And rolling your shoulders.
And with softness.
When you are ready,
Opening your eyes.
And walking forward.
