Come into a comfortable seat or lie on the back and draw the attention to the breath.

And right away say to yourself,

I feel.

Noticing any emotions,

Any feelings that might be there,

Resisting the urge to label them with the thinking mind.

Using these emotions to fill the body and repeating to yourself one more time,

I feel.

I am human and I feel.

Taking a big breath in and exhale,

Sighing it out and letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.

Everything in the hands,

The heart centre.

Stay.
