Welcome to healing with the frequency of love.
Let's settle in with three deep breaths.
We're going to breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth.
Breathe in and out.
Second breath in and release.
First breath in and go ahead and release that.
Today we're going to tap into the frequency of love.
Your body and all living things have a frequency.
A state of health in the human body measures between 62 and 68 megahertz.
Anything below 62 megahertz is when illness begins.
There are lots of ways to increase your vibrational frequency.
Mindfulness,
Choosing good foods,
Meditation,
Which you're doing now,
Congratulations.
And one of the most powerful is through your emotions.
Love emotions,
Particularly emotions like gratitude,
Kindness,
Contentment,
And love can drastically raise your vibrational frequency.
Today we'll focus on love.
Love vibrates at a frequency of 528 hertz.
It's believed that this frequency,
528 hertz,
Can influence the water molecules surrounding the DNA helix,
Thereby bringing healing to our actual DNA.
This vibrational frequency is thought to open up portals to spiritual awakening and transformation.
Today in this meditation,
We are going to feel love and send its vibration into and through our bodies.
So let's settle in.
We're going to take two more breaths together.
Breathe in and let go.
One more breath in and release.
Now I want you to look into your third eye.
Think of someone or something that you love unconditionally,
Something that brings you joy,
Contentment,
Something that fills your being with that vibration of love.
You'll know when you've hit on the right thing because you will literally feel your body's vibration change.
Maybe the object of your unconditional love is your children.
Maybe it's God.
Maybe it's a pet.
Maybe you'll be thinking of a place like the beach or the mountains.
It could be your spouse,
A best friend,
Or maybe it's a time in your life that brought you so much joy and fulfillment.
Whatever it is,
Find this vibration of love and let it radiate through you for a minute.
Feel it pulsating through your heart,
Down your arms,
Into your hands and your fingers.
Feel the vibration of love in your torso,
Down your legs,
Into your feet and your toes.
Feel the vibration of love up your neck,
Through your head,
Tingling on your scalp.
And finally,
Feel this vibration sink into your soul.
Take a few minutes to bask in this beautiful vibration of love.
Now,
I want you to find a place of pain or hurt.
This could be something physical in your body,
Something emotional or even spiritual.
Go ahead and focus on this point of pain or hurt.
I want you to put all your focus on this point of pain or hurt.
Let yourself feel the pain or the emotional burden or the spiritual struggle.
Let yourself feel it.
Notice how your vibration has changed.
As you allow yourself to experience this real vibrational change,
Let your mind's eye go back to the object of unconditional love.
But keep a hold of this place of physical pain or emotional or spiritual burden.
Keep a hold of this with your conscious mind as your mind's eye goes back to the object of unconditional love.
I want you to manifest that vibrational frequency of love that we did just a moment ago and send it directly to your place of pain or hurt.
Manifest that vibration and let it sink into this place of lower frequency.
Imagine the frequency of love surrounding and overtaking the lower frequency of hurt or pain and literally erasing it.
Stay here until you feel the lower vibration rise to meet the 528 beautiful hurts of love.
As you visualize,
When you no longer see or feel the lower vibration,
Thank your mind and your body for allowing the frequency of love to enter in.
Right after me,
My mind,
Body and spirit are filled with the frequency of love.
It is with gratitude that I accept this gift of love.
I welcome the frequency of love to enter in and restore my mind,
Body and soul.
I am grateful for this practice and humbled by the healing power of the frequency of love.
Now take a moment to reflect on these mantras and repeat whichever one is resonating with you the most in this moment.
As this practice comes to an end,
It is my prayer that you'll carry this frequency with you throughout the day and come back and visit this meditation whenever you need some healing love.

Your toes,
Move your arms and your legs.

Welcome yourself back into the room and into your day and allow this beautiful frequency to stay with you as you go about your day today.
