Hi and welcome to Happy Mind Meditations.

Today I'm going to take you on a journey back to presence so you can have a greater awareness of who you truly are,

Of your potential and so you can come back gently into this moment and through doing this meditation we're going to access your higher energy so you're going to come out of this feeling like you have a lot more space and a lot more clarity and focus and this is the perfect meditation if you're feeling a little scattered or you're looking to find clarity on something that you're going through that might be challenging right now.

So let's just begin by coming into this moment and we can begin with our eyes open I want you to simply just become aware of your body become aware of your breath don't change how you're breathing just tap into the observer presence just observe how the breath comes in take a look around the room as if you're observing it for the first time letting go of all judgments of what you're seeing just notice that everything is existing without you having to do a single thing notice that you're here right now and perfect just the way it is how does your body feel maybe you're full of tension right now or maybe you're completely relaxed just without judgments observe your body and how it is feeling I want you to slowly take a slow deep breath in and gently exhale I take two more breaths like this deep breath in just focusing on the breath bringing your mind to the breath exhale you can continue breathing as you were just become the observer you're here in this moment and everything is perfect right now just notice that now and if it your heart and just observe and feel there is nothing that you need to do for your body to continue to keep you here and alive this is it this is the moment and you are in it and you are alive and that is your gift now I want you to bring your awareness to your thoughts just become the observer of whatever thoughts are going through your mind whatever they may be just notice them and notice how you are the observer of those thoughts those thoughts running through your consciousness through your mind right now they are simply in your awareness and so now as we bring our awareness to a higher level of consciousness all we do is become the observer of those thoughts you can close your eyes for this as well now deeper into your presence the space where you came from the space that always exists and always will exist let's take another three deep breaths in and gently exhale letting go of all just focusing on the breath and gentle exhale one more deep slow breath in and exhale just return to normal breathing notice that your body is feeling more relaxed and just come back into the awareness of your thoughts and of this moment you are safe you are grounded into this moment else exists outside of this moment right you are perfect the way you are there is nothing you need to fix about yourself about your body you're here now and you're safe I want you to tap into this feeling of gratitude as we place both hands over our heart center and take a deep breath in through the heart center just become aware of the feeling and the sensations in your heart and exhale bring all your attention to your heart center another deep breath as if you're breathing through your heart and just continue with these slow deep breaths for now focusing on your heart center feel the gentle warmth emanating from that space within your heart that is the essence of who you truly are outside of thoughts outside of the mind outside of all other ideas that the mind has created for you that feeling that space that warmth within your heart that is who you are and as you continue to take these slow deep breaths in through your heart as if you're breathing through your heart I want you to feel that space inside begin to expand as if it's expanding with each and every breath inside of your body expanding out through your body let it expand beyond your body that feeling emanating from your heart and out beyond your body surrounding you and with each and every breath you notice that that feeling expands now into the room around you it expands out into the building it expands out into the sky above and it continues to expand throughout the universe and let's just tap into that feeling of gratitude aside from any desires that you might have for the future and aside from any disappointments in the past you're still here in this moment your power is within this present moment so the more we can keep ourselves tapped into this present moment the more we tap into our power you can take your hands now and put them gently just to imagine now as we continue to take slow deep breaths in just imagine that you are a ball of light and as you breathe slowly and deeply and I want you just to imagine a ball of light forming at the top of your head and this represents your consciousness as you continue to breathe deeply and slowly bring that light of consciousness and awareness up through the top of your crown and allow it into the sky above allow it with every breath to rise higher and higher and just observe this light rising higher and higher into the sky up into space above the stars until you reach the very top and in this space you've come back to your true self the gentle awareness and presence notice that remembrance that familiarity this is who you are this presence this awareness the observer that is fueling your body your thoughts your actions now from the space of the observer you're able to engage in the world clarity focus and purpose knowing who you truly are to your true self to that awareness see if you can take that into your daily life more and more smile a little more enjoy the little things and give yourself permission to just express yourself in any way that feels truthful and authentic to you regardless of what other people think or whatever it is that might be holding you back now and move on with this new found awareness so don't forget to smile and don't forget to enjoy your day and I'll see you on the next meditation
