Hi,

My name is Simon and welcome to Happy Minds Meditations.

Today I'm going to be guiding you into your potential state of receiving in this space we're going to open you up to and help you to become more receptive to more of your receiving.

In doing this we open yourself up to manifest more of your desires easier quicker and also have a lot more fun doing it tapping into more of that joy and more of your potential receiving.

So we're going to begin now by taking a really deep breath in expanding your belly and breathing out letting go of all of your stresses.

Now first I want to focus on letting go of the past.

Any of your mind that's focusing on past experiences reminiscing just for now let go.

Now with the future any of your mind that's focusing on all of your goals ambitions for now let's let that go trusting in the process that all of your intentions are already in motion all you need to do is get yourself into a place of receiving and by letting go of these future goals and intentions we speed up the process by removing all resistance.

Just fully let go of today,

Let go of yesterday and let go of tomorrow.

Now I want you to imagine you're in a warm cozy place and you're seated looking up into the infinite sky above with all the stars and planets above.

Just feel the stillness and the quietness of all of the stars above you,

The space,

That infinite space and stillness.

Feel that stillness,

That space and quietness just entering into your mind and I want you to say quiet in mind.

Quiet in mind.

Just feel your thoughts slowing down and relax.

Just feel that space.

Feel the space between my words and allow your mind to fully absorb the stillness and the silence of that night sky above.

Feel that stillness penetrate every single cell inside your brain.

Feel the stillness continue to work its way down through your entire body filling up every cell inside of your body with the stillness.

Now feel it work its way into your heart.

Now we're going to focus on your heart center.

If you would like put your hands over your heart and feel that energy coming from your heart center.

Now say open heart.

Open heart.

And as you say these words imagine your heart as the most vibrant beautiful flower slowly opening up each and every petal as the flower opens up within your heart.

Feel a warmth coming from the sun above penetrate deep into your heart.

Just feel that warmth.

And notice this warmth coming from the sun above penetrate deep into your heart center.

With every single breath this feeling continues to deepen and open up your heart.

Feel those petals completely burst open within your heart filling with warmth,

Well-being and peace.

Feel this warmth now continue to expand and radiate throughout your entire body with its warm healing energy.

Now I want you to imagine the roots from the flower inside of your heart making their way down into your stomach.

And through these roots is a warm healing energy working its way down into your stomach.

Now as you focus on your stomach I want you to say the words relaxed being.

Relaxed being.

Feel the roots working their way down the base of your spine and into the earth below.

See the roots pushing through deep into the earth below and the deeper they go the more grounded and rooted you feel.

As the roots work their way further down into the earth below just sink into that feeling of safety and security.

You are looked after.

Just feel that support now move through your stomach down the base of your spine and root deeper into the ground below.

Feel your stomach completely relax.

Now I want you to take a deep breath in and breathe out releasing any tension in your body.

Now I want you to imagine and bring into focus a version of yourself who is completely at peace.

You have everything that you need.

In harmony and complete.

Feel the presence of this version of yourself.

Feel how it feels to be in complete harmony and peace with the world around you.

Just breathe in this version of you and let it ground itself in your experience.

Take a deep breath in breathing in the peace and security and let it all out.

Take another deep breath in just breathing in this peace from your higher self and breathe out.

Just feel this peaceful energy surround and support you and fill up your entire body.

And now as you go out into your day just trust that everything you have asked for is coming your way.

And if you practice this routine on a daily basis your dreams and desires will come to you easily and joyfully.
