Meditation Timer OnlineHannah is a licensed therapist whose work centers on helping people cultivate a more compassionate, authentic, and trusting relationship with themselves. Through exploring shame, fear, self-doubt, self-forgiveness, and the stories we carry, she helps illuminate the barriers that often stand between us and self-love, self-trust, and inner freedom. Drawing inspiration from existential and narrative therapies, mindfulness, Zen Buddhism, and the Tao Te Ching, she creates spaces for reflection, self-inquiry, and coming home to yourself. Hannah lives in the mountains of North Carolina with her husband and their dog, Ralph, and believes that much of what we're seeking is already within us.
