I am at ease.

Imagine how your life might look different if you approached your day with this affirmation.

Met the challenges you face with flexibility.

Accepted change with grace and a sense of openness.

I invite you to join me in taking a couple of minutes today to focus on this affirmation.

To consider what it might be like to practice being at ease.

To bring this affirmation into any stressful situations you may encounter.

Take a minute to find a comfortable position.

Allow yourself to just settle in.

When you are ready,

Take a couple of deep breaths.

Inhale slowly,

Feeling your stomach begin to rise.

Exhale completely,

Feeling your stomach full.

Allow your breathing to just continue as you begin to release any tension you may be holding and give your body permission to relax.

Allow your mind to begin to quiet down.

If it is comfortable for you,

You may consider closing your eyes.

I am at ease.

I invite you to begin to consider how your day might look differently if you allow yourself to remain at ease when encountering the stresses of the day.

To trust yourself to remain calm and navigate any difficulties you may experience.

Allow yourself to begin to practice that now.

To be present in this moment,

Letting go of any worries about the future,

Releasing any lingering thoughts of the past,

Feeling at peace with yourself and the world around you.

I am at ease.

Consider using this simple affirmation as a reminder as you go through your day.

A reminder to return to this feeling of ease,

Even if you are feeling challenged.

To use your breath to check in with yourself and return to a sense of peace.

I am at ease.

Take one final round of breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Give yourself permission to take in the sense of calm that has settled in around you during this short practice.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

If you would like,

Take the opportunity to repeat this affirmation one final time as you prepare to return to your day.

I am at ease.

Whole being smiling, I'm soo glad I'd gotten the opportunity to come across this track! What a wonderful; practice and reminders! This helped evoke and induce said ease and hope and I loved the peaceful Native flute in the background! I've already added it to my reminders playlist and foresee myself returning to it often! Thank you so much for this gem ๐Ÿ’Ž๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’›
