Hannah is a mental health counselor, life coach, and meditation teacher, as well as the host of the Love Your Calm: mini meditations podcast. She has over 20 years experience working with people to help them find their own unique path forward and has had a personal mediation practice for years. She believes setting aside only a few minutes each day can make a profound impact in your overall well-being.
