Flowing effortlessly as you settle into a state of deep relaxation.
Begin to deepen your breath ever so slightly,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Take a couple of deep,
Soothing breaths to ground yourself in the present moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Imagine yourself in a peaceful garden,
Surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Picture the vibrant colors of flowers,
The gentle rustle of leaves,
And the soothing sound of a nearby stream.
This garden represents your inner sanctuary,
A place of tranquility where worries can be gently released.
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort,
And imagine them as knots or tight ropes.
With every exhale,
Visualize these knots slowly unraveling,
Releasing their grip on your body and mind.
Send your breath to all the areas that are tense.
By the guidance of your breath,
Feel a sense of lightness and ease spreading throughout your entire being.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Focus your awareness on the present moment.
Let go of any thoughts of the past or future that may arise.
Allow them to drift away like passing clouds as you anchor yourself in the here and now.
Feel the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body,
Grounding you in the present.
I invite you to shift your attention to your worries.
Visualize them as delicate butterflies resting on the palm of your hand.
These butterflies represent your concerns,
Anxieties,
And fears.
As you observe them,
Acknowledge their presence without judgment or attachment.
Understand that worries are a natural part of life,

Take a moment to reflect on the nature of worry.
Recognize that often our worries stem from things beyond our control or from hypothetical situations that may never come to pass.
With this understanding,
Slowly open your hand and watch as the butterflies take flight,
Gently fluttering away into the distance.
As they disappear from sight,
Feel a sense of relief and liberation within your being.
You have released your worries,
Giving yourself permission to let go and trust in the unfolding of life.
In this state of surrender,
Give yourself permission to feel at ease.
Allow yourself to bask in the beauty of the garden surrounding you,
