Welcome to this meditation for feeling empowered in pregnancy.

This practice will help you connect with your inner strength and the amazing changes happening in your body.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Take a couple of deep,

Soothing breaths.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale fully through your mouth.

As you breathe,

Feel your body become more serene.

Notice any areas of tension and allow them to soften.

Now bring your attention to your growing belly.

Gently place your hands on your abdomen,

Feeling the warmth of your palms against your skin.

Take a moment to connect with your baby,

Safely nestled inside you.

Visualize the little life you're nurturing,

Protected within your body.

As you focus on this connection,

Allow yourself to become aware of the incredible strength of your body.

Your body is working tirelessly,

Every moment of every day,

To support and nourish your growing baby.

Appreciate the wisdom of your body as it instinctively knows how to create and sustain this new life.

Imagine a warm,

Golden light emanating from your heart.

With each breath,

This light grows stronger and brighter.

Visualize this light spreading through your body,

Filling every cell with energy and vitality.

Allow this light to reach to your baby,

Surrounding them with love and strength.

Now bring your attention to your spine.

Imagine strong,

Healthy roots growing from the base of your spine,

Reaching deep into the earth below you.

These roots represent your inner strength and resilience.

Feel how they anchor you firmly,

Providing stability and support.

Visualize these roots drawing up nourishment from the earth,

Filling you with energy and confidence.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Become aware of the power within you.

You are creating life,

A miraculous process that has been happening since the beginning of humanity.

Connect with this ancient wisdom that flows through you.

You are part of something much larger than yourself.

Think about all the amazing things your body is doing right now.

Your heart is beating for two.

Your lungs are breathing for two.

Your body is creating the perfect environment for your baby to grow and thrive.

Allow yourself to feel a sense of awe at your body's incredible abilities.

Acknowledge any fears or uncertainties you may have about pregnancy or motherhood.

These feelings are natural and valid.

Imagine gently setting these concerns aside for the moment.

Replace them with feelings of confidence and trust in yourself and your body.

Take a few more deep breaths,

Feeling the rise and fall of your belly beneath your hands.

With each inhale,

Breathe in confidence and strength.

With each exhale,

Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself.

My body is strong and capable.
