Welcome to this guided meditation for embracing your worth.

Welcome to this special journey where we'll venture into the heart of understanding and embracing your worth.

By spending these next moments together,

You'll not only reconnect with your self-worth,

But you'll also emerge feeling more centered,

Calm,

And affirmed.

Begin by finding your space of comfort.

Whether you choose to sit in a supportive chair,

Lie down on a soft surface,

Or rest against a comforting wall,

Ensure that your body feels supported and ready to relax.

Close your eyes gently,

Allowing the world outside to fade away.

This is your time,

A time to be present,

To be with yourself.

Become aware of your breathing,

Don't change it,

Just notice.

Feel the gentle rhythm of the air as it enters and exits your body,

The coolness as you inhale and the warmth as you exhale.

Allow your breath to be a calming anchor,

Holding you in this moment.

With every cycle of breath,

Imagine you are drawing in serenity and peace and releasing any tightness or uncertainty.

Let's take a moment to do a gentle scan of your body,

From your head to your toes.

Begin at the crown of your head,

Feel any tension or stress start to loosen and dissipate.

Move your attention to your forehead,

Eyebrows,

And then down to your cheeks and jaw.

Allow them all to relax.

Imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you,

Moving from your neck,

Flowing down to your shoulders,

Releasing any weight they've been carrying.

It continues down your arms,

All the way to the tips of your fingers.

This calming wave continues its journey,

Moving down your chest,

Relaxing your ribcage and heart space.

As it flows through your abdomen,

Feel any knots or tightness soften,

Making way for a gentle feeling of ease.

Continue down as this wave of relaxation soothes your hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

And calves.

Feel every muscle and tendon release,

Letting go of any strain or stress until it reaches your feet,

Leaving them feeling light and relaxed.

Now allow your consciousness to journey deeper within,

To the very centre of your being,

To the space where your worth resides.

Often,

In the noise of daily life,

This inherent value gets muffled,

But in this moment,

It's waiting to be acknowledged and embraced.

Visualize a small,

Radiant sphere of light located at the centre of your chest,

Right where your heart beats.

This light is soft,

Yet persistent,

And it represents the very essence of who you are.

As you focus on it,

You'll notice that it starts to grow,

Emanating warmth and love.

Recognize that this light is the embodiment of your value,

Your significance,

And the unique mark you leave on the world.

It's a testament to the challenges you've overcome,
