Winter Solstice | A Meditation for Stillness & Return The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year — a pause point in the calendar, and an invitation to slow right down. In this meditation, we honour the quiet. The darkness that asks nothing of us. The space where rest, reflection, and gentle release are not only allowed, but necessary. You’ll be guided to soften the body, steady the breath, and turn inward — letting go of what this year has asked you to carry, and creating space for what’s quietly beginning to grow beneath the surface. This is a practice for grounding, nervous system regulation, and intentional rest. No fixing. No pushing. Just presence. Perfect for the solstice, the darker months, or any moment you need to come back to yourself. Best listened to in the evening, by candlelight, or before sleep.
