Welcome to this new day.
You have already made one powerful choice to start your morning with intention.
This meditation is your gentle reset,
A way to connect,
Realign and call in the abundance that already wants to find you.
So take a moment to get comfortable,
Sitting or lying down,
Let your shoulders drop and let your hands rest naturally either in your lap or down beside you.
Let's begin with the breath,
Inhale slowly through your nose,
Hold for a moment and gently exhale through your mouth,
And again inhale,
Feeling your belly expand,
Hold and exhale,
Let it all go.
Now just let your breath settle into a natural rhythm,
In and out.
Each breath is an invitation,
Each breath is a reminder,
You're safe,
You're supported and you're already aligned with more that you realise.
Now bring your attention to your body,
Feel the weight of yourself,
Grounded,
Present and here.
Notice any tension without judgement,
Allow it to soften,
Unclench your jaw,
Relax the forehead and soften your belly,
Let your body know that it's ok to feel ease and it's ok to receive.
You don't need to do more right now,
You just need to be right here and right now.
Now gently bring your mind to the word abundance,
Don't try to define it,
Just let it settle into your space.
What does abundance feel like in your body,
You might feel warmth,
Tingling,
Lightness,
You might feel stillness,
Spaciousness,
Whatever comes up,
Let it be enough.
Let's repeat a few affirmations together,
You can say them out loud or quietly in your mind.
I am open to receiving,
Abundance flows to me in unexpected and unexpected ways,
I trust that what I need is already on its way,
I release scarcity and choose expansion,
I am a magnet for aligned opportunities,
My energy is safe,
Strong and supported,
Today I welcome abundance.
Now take a second to breathe that in,
Now picture a version of yourself already living with the abundance you desire,
Not in the far off future but soon,
Very soon,
How would you carry yourself,
What would your day look like,
Who are you surrounded by,
What do you no longer worry about?
Zoom in on one small but specific detail,
Maybe it's the way your feet touch the ground in a new space,
Maybe it's the coffee you drink,
The inbox full of aligned clients,
Maybe it's the calm,
Let it play out in your mind,
Let your nervous system feel it,
To your body right now,
It's real,
Welcome that feeling in.
Now gently return to your breath,
Inhale fill your whole body expand with possibility and exhale,
Let go of any gripping,
Striving or control,
Inhale you're grounded,
Exhale you're ready,
Carry this energy with you today,
Move for somebody who is supported,
Choose thoughts that honour your vision and trust that what you're calling in is already finding its way to you.
You are not behind,
You are not late,
You're on time and abundance is on its way to you.
Now when you're ready gently blink your eyes open or stretch yourself out into the next moment.
