It's a beautiful gift to simply be where you are,

In the skin you're in,

In the day you're in,

In the season that you're in.

There is so much freedom in the present moment,

In the pausing and being still.

Please come to find a comfortable position to sit your body down and allow yourself to collect any support to position yourself in any way that will encourage this physical body to relax whilst maintaining this upright position of your spine.

And once you arrive in that comfortable seat,

Drop your shoulders down and away from your ears.

Just let them fall,

Rest and relax.

And let your eyelids close down.

Begin to take a couple of deep and intentional breaths in and out through your nose as if every in-breath could collect anything that's stagnant or stuck from your day.

And every breath out is this very amazing opportunity to release and let it go.

I'm just doing this one more time.

A deep full breath in through the nose,

As deep a breath as you can take.

A cleansing,

Purifying breath out.

Just let the breath return back to a natural,

To a normal rhythm.

Letting the body come back to that place of homeostasis.

And then using your nose,

Take two deep breaths in.

Long exhale through the nose.

Two breaths in through the nose.

Long breath out through the nose.

Keep breathing in this way.

Keep allowing your body to intake twice before a long cleansing breath out.

Two breaths in through the nose.

Long breath out through the nose.

You may notice a little bit of lightheadedness.

You may notice some tingling in the fingers or the toes.

This is all perfectly normal.

Breathing in twice,

Collecting all that no longer serves.

And a long exhale out through the nose.

Last minute,

Just like this.

When the mind says,

No,

I don't want to do this anymore,

See if you can continue by taking another breath in.

And second breath in.

Long exhale out.

This is how we begin to meet resistance and move past it,

Move through it,

To everything that waits on the other side.

Two breaths in,

Exhale out.

Allowing every sensation to come up but breathing through it.

Continuing to inhale twice and exhale once.

The next time that you exhale,

Exhale completely.

Breathe out,

Breathe out,

Breathe out.

And resist the urge to intake any more air.

Just stay empty for a moment and be still.

Begin to sweetly investigate your inner world,

Permitting yourself to feel everything that is beautiful,

Everything that is possible,

And letting it become you.

Slowly begin to inspire air back into your lung,

Filling out,

And letting that breath pour out of you.

Exhale.

And letting the breath recalibrate and return back to a natural,

Normal rhythm.

And just relishing in this moment,

Savoring the subtleties of what you can feel and what you can notice.

Arriving right here,

Right now,

Without needing to know what comes next.

And as this practice comes to a close,

May this be a beautiful reminder that you did not come here to fear the future.

You came here to create it.

Namaste.
