You you Start by checking in with your posture you making sure you're relaxed,

Resting into your cushion spine straight chin slightly tucked in and open up the visual field eyes open,

Looking at the periphery of your vision the left,

The right,

The up,

The down taking it all in,

Referencing nothing just shapes and colours choosing not to identify with anything you see and set your intention for this sin whatever that intention may be for you highest intention you can think of really rest into that intention resting into it and holding it as lightly as you can at the same time you're just holding the mere idea of an intention but you're not holding onto it anyway the intention seems to hold you no effort,

No need to do anything do you really put the effort,

Any efforting at all on the side of the intention that is holding all of you making sure you're not losing the periphery of vision noticing that it's not just a visual field that's holding you in this intention but also the auditory field the sensations of the body even time and space itself is also part of the intention that's holding you and by holding all of the doing energy all of the efforting noticing the when you put all of that outside of yourself as the intention holding you and your whole experience all of your sensory field just come to you don't have to do anything we were trapped in the illusion in order to experience life all these different ways we call sensations,

Senses we thought we had to do something and in needing to do something in those different senses we had to create the six sense consciousnesses to create a sense of self that then can do and make sense and interpret that particular sense all because we thought we had to do something to experience reality by holding all of the efforting outside of you in the intention you set then you notice you can just be without having to do anything at all when reality just comes to you and it comes to you complete in self-knowledge and self-knowing so you don't have to do anything to figure it out,

Comes to you ready figured out when you let it in notice how easy it is to slip back into thinking we need to do something remind yourself to just come back come back to what's present before the six senses as you can experience reality undivided by not his own terms you just completely resting staying completely still purely receiving,

Saving experience noticing how easy it is to split off back into what other consciousnesses is create a sense of self through the body,

Or the visual feel,

Or the auditory feel and even the thoughts and the emotions as soon as you allow consciousness to inhabit one of those different perspectives and lose contact with the rest and suddenly you're repeating again do you notice you have to hold a certain kind of equanimity between those six different ways of perceiving that you habitually look through and choose to hold all of them completely equally so then you notice it's just one consciousness and once you've stabilised that pay attention to the one that is holding that equanimity and include that in the equanimity of that equanimity pay attention to the breath and notice that even the breath is not even the breath happens by itself so so so so so so so so so so so so so so
