Power up meetings by taking a one minute pause so people can better arrive mentally.

It helps to let go of distractions,

Reduces stress and quietens busy minds.

Sit or stand upright,

Eyes closed or gaze down.

Rest your attention on your breath if you like.

No need to change the rate or the rhythm.

Just notice the movement in your body as your breath moves in and out.

And if you get distracted,

Gently unhook your attention and concentrate on your breath.

I'll let you know when time is up.
