Namaste beautiful,
Thank you for joining me today.
My name is Guri and I would be your guide for your today's practice.
Find your most comfortable position.
With the next inhale,
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths and bring your awareness on your belly or chest as it rises and falls with each inhalation and exhalation.
Keep on breathing slowly and deeply and move your attention to your breath,
Feeling the inflow of your breath as it enters and outflow as it exits your body.
With every exhale,
Let go of any tension,
Any tightness you feel in your body.
Relax your head,
Your face,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your legs and your feet.
Now,
Bringing your awareness to the area around your heart.
Focus on the feelings of love,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Empathy,
Understanding,
Joy and forgiveness.
Think about three positive things that happened in your personal life.
Any three things that happened today,
Yesterday,
A week or a month ago.
Maybe someone's kindness towards you or maybe some kind words.
Don't just think but feel that elevated emotion.
Go back in time and feel how you felt at that time.
Now be grateful for three things that happened in your professional life.
Any three things that happened today,
Yesterday,
A week or a month ago.
Maybe your increasing friendship with your co-worker,
Your new project in your business or maybe your performance and productivity.
Don't just think but feel that elevated emotion.
Now be grateful for three things that are associated with you.
Maybe it is related to your physical body.
Maybe you coming out of your comfort zone.
You becoming more and more understanding and kind.
Or maybe you are just fully accepting yourself the way you are.
Now be grateful for three things that you take for granted.
It can be people who truly nourish you in your life or always with you.
Clean water,
Fresh food,
Your plants or just your breath.
Feel these elevated emotions.
Feel and acknowledge that abundance in your life.
Now bring your awareness to your heart and notice any sensations or feelings that you are generating around your heart.
With every exhale,
Imagine this energy spreading into your whole being.
It is pouring out into the world,
Bringing more peace,
Love,
Joy,
Kindness and compassion.
Stay here in this moment.
Now we will end this practice using a mantra.
It is called Dhaniavaad which means thank you.
You can choose to say this to the creator,
The universe or maybe to someone.
Put your hands on your heart and repeat after me.
Dhaniavaad.
Dhaniavaad.
Dhaniavaad.
Dhaniavaad.
Dhaniavaad.
With the next exhale,
Gently open your eyes.
Maintain these elevated emotions throughout your day and whenever you notice that your focus is on the things that are not working,
Bring your awareness on the things that you are grateful for.
Namaste.
