
Programming Your Mind For Healthy Eating Habits
This is a guided recording using a special language of neurolinguistic programming with suggestions for your subconscious mind to replace your bad eating habits with good ones. Just make yourself comfortable.
Your feet and hands are not touching.
Find a real or imagined spot on the ceiling or look at your own eyebrows.
Look up.
Looking up,
Don't move your eyeballs until I say so.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Every time you breathe,
You are relaxing deeper and deeper.
Take another deep breath in and out.
You're relaxing deeper and deeper.
And another deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
I want you to close your eyelids slowly,
Slowly,
Keeping your eyeballs up,
Closing your eyelids down,
Feeling that flattering sensation in your eyelids going deeper and deeper.
You're feeling like your eyelids are getting glued shut,
Sealed tight.
Now you can forget all about your eyes.
Listening to my voice taking you through this journey.
Now I want you to imagine a staircase consisting of 10 steps.
Every time you take a step down,
You are going to go deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
You are taking step 10.
You're going deeper.
You are taking step 9.
You can feel your feet,
See your feet,
Hear your feet treading each step.
You're going deeper.
You are taking step 8.
As every muscle,
Every nerve in your body turns loose,
Lets loose,
And you're going deeper.
You are taking step 7.
Going deeper,
Drifting deeper.
You are taking step 6.
As your eyes are glued shut,
Sealed tight,
And you're going deeper.
You are taking step 5.
You're halfway down.
You can see your feet,
Hear your feet,
Going deeper,
Taking you deeper into an awareness of yourself.
You are taking step 4.
As you feel your body sinking into a bed or sofa or chair,
Wherever you are,
Going deeper with every word I say.
You are taking step 3.
As every noise,
Every voice,
Every noise around you is carrying you deeper,
Deeper and deeper into an awareness of yourself.
You are taking step 3 and 2,
Relaxing deeper,
Going deeper,
Drifting deeper.
And you are taking step 1 now,
Deeply relaxed.
And now I want you to imagine stepping into step 0.
You see yourself floating through the middle of that 0,
Leaving all your thoughts,
All your negative emotions outside of that 0.
Nothing matters at this moment,
Just you and your feeling of awareness.
You and my voice.
My suggestions.
As you drift deeper into a different state of awareness,
You are aware that you have a strong desire and a compelling,
Powerful,
Irresistible ability to become healthier and control your eating habits.
This desire and ability is becoming such a powerful,
Permanent,
All-pervasive part of you that it overrules forever any old negative habits and instead,
It constantly and consistently motivates you to act in ways that causes you to shed excess weight and to become fitter and healthier for good.
As you go deeper,
Your subconscious mind is remembering that you were born with a perfect body and with a perfect attitude to food.
As a baby,
You were so in tune with your body that you knew when to eat and how much to eat,
Because eating for you was something you were doing as necessity.
Your subconscious mind is recreating,
Reactivating,
And regenerating in you that same perfect attitude to food that you were born with and that still exists inside you.
While your subconscious mind remembers everything you need to remember to allow you to have healthy eating habits,
Healthy weight,
Your conscious mind is letting go of any bad habits.
They are becoming erased,
Eradicated,
Eliminated,
And gone.
They are in your past,
All behind you,
And out of your life.
You remember everything you need to remember with your subconscious mind while your conscious mind forgets everything you need to forget.
You remember to eat only when you are hungry,
To eat slowly,
And then to forget about food for hours afterwards.
You are becoming more in tune with your body,
Working together as a perfect team.
You respond to your body by eating healthy,
Nutritious food that allows you to become lighter,
Healthier.
You are so aware that you have a right to be slim,
A drive and commitment to be slim,
And daily you feel motivated and conditioned to eat differently,
To feel different.
About food overall.
You see food as a fuel for your body and you only want to eat food when you are hungry.
You now only want to eat healthy,
Natural,
Fresh food.
You enjoy exercising and always fit it into your schedule.
You are easily and happily choosing to be thinner and loving the process of eating only foods which are natural,
Only foods which nourish you.
You are becoming a selective eater.
You are freeing yourself for everything you want to free yourself from,
Like bad habits,
Like heavy drinking,
Like binging on sweets and soury and salty and crispy foods.
You are freeing yourself forever from destructive self-defeating eating habits.
There is no room in your mind or body for overeating.
From now on,
Overeating is something you used to do and it cannot,
Will not,
Does not influence you any longer as you move on from one great achievement to another.
By eating differently,
Becoming lighter,
Having more energy,
Exercising willingly,
And loving the feeling of fitting into smaller clothes and feeling such a sense of accomplishment and achievement.
You have decided to change your eating habits,
And you easily,
Naturally,
Automatically take all the actions that make this happen.
You chew slowly.
You chew longer.
You put your cutlery on a plate when you're eating to chew properly.
You are very mindful to what you eat,
When you eat it,
And how you eat it.
You are erasing,
Eradicating,
Eliminating poor eating habits forever as you find yourself easily and willingly refusing to eat the type and amount of foods that can only harm your body.
You love your body,
So you want to take care of it and you always treat it with respect.
You choose healthy food and eat less food automatically.
You love leaving some food on your plate and refusing the wrong type of food on your plate.
It makes you feel so powerful and happy.
You welcome and enjoy good restrictions.
You delight in leaving food and throwing it away.
See yourself in your mind at your ideal weight.
Feel how lean you are.
Hear what other people say.
People are praising you on your achievement.
Notice how much happier your body is now that you respect it,
You like it,
And want to do things that keep it in a healthy,
Attractive state.
Make an image of yourself,
Of how you want to look and tell your mind that this is what you want.
Your strongest desire is to choose to be healthier,
To welcome and celebrate the exciting change you are making.
You know that you are enough.
You remind yourself of this truth every single day,
Many times,
And you find you need less food because you are enough and you have enough.
You are now a forever selective and moderate eater.
Old eating habits are fading away forever,
Leaving you free to eat in a healthy way,
Leaving you healthier,
More vital,
Attractive,
And happier.
You are so proud of seeing yourself leaving crisps or donuts or whatever you used to binge on aside,
Not paying attention to them.
Your mind,
The most powerful healing force there is,
Is releasing in you any need to overeat.
You are moving so far,
Far away from overeating you can even feel it and sense it shrinking,
Disappearing,
Going and gone.
As you're eating differently,
Your body is becoming more efficient,
Using the healthy calories you take in to build the perfect body for you and nourishing you with natural fruits and vegetables.
You have noticed that your metabolic rate is increasing through the power and direction of your mind.
Right now,
Feel,
Believe,
And imagine your metabolic rate working as perfectly as it did in your childhood.
Your stomach is shrinking.
Your stomach is the size of your fist,
So begin to squeeze your fist while repeating to yourself again and again,
MY STOMACH IS THE SIZE OF MY FIST.
Notice your stomach is shrinking.
Feel it becoming smaller right now.
As you concentrate on this feeling,
It will increase through the power and direction of your mind.
Your stomach is becoming smaller and smaller,
Tiny,
And you find yourself eating enough food to satisfy that capacity of a fist,
And then stopping easily,
Naturally,
And willingly because you want to.
You squeeze your fist before a meal,
You remind yourself that you are enough,
And you find yourself wanting less food.
From now on,
You only eat in response to real hunger.
You are now and forever a sensible and selective mindful eater.
You drink a lot of water every day to assist your body in eliminating excess weight.
You crave water.
You drink 8 glasses a day.
Your skin is glowing.
You feel absolutely fabulous.
You leave some food at every meal because you love that feeling of choice.
You always leave something it makes you feel powerful and healthy.
Food cannot control you because you are taking control,
Taking charge of how you eat,
How you look,
And how you feel.
You have a positive attitude to your body and an overwhelming focus,
Drive,
And ability to become and stay slim.
You are changing your language,
Your focus,
Your beliefs,
And your whole relationships with food.
And your body is changing because of this.
You visualize every day by playing this recording,
And as you absorb all the suggestions,
All the instructions on it,
You think,
Act,
And react like a naturally thin person.

Too many additives.
You love your body,
And it loves you back,
And it is becoming your friend,
More and more the way you want it to be.
You are becoming nourished and filled by the good feelings you have about yourself,
And your appetite is changing in the most perfect way.
You need less nourishment from food because you are emotionally nourished,
Satisfied,
And filled.
You eat less,
But you enjoy the food you eat more you eat slowly.
You find fatty,
Greasy,
Sugary foods more and more alien to you,
And you always choose lean,
Nutritious,
Healthy foods that your body easily digests.
It is natural for you to choose to eat food from the three R's.
Recognizable food,
Food you could eat raw,
And food that roams or grows.
You always remember to eat in this way,
You want to eat in this way,
It suits you and make you feel more in control,
Because you are using your power of choice to choose how you are going to feel and look.
You are indifferent to sugar,
To glue,
To cattle feed and mucus as each of these words makes a deep,
Vivid,
And permanent impression on your subconscious.
Every day you become more aware of the full,
Powerful,
Effective,
Pervasive effect these words are having on you.
The healing power of your mind is strengthening and perfecting your ability to change your weight,
Your shape,
Your size,
Your bad eating habits.
As you absorb this,
Every word in this recording,
You are reinforcing your mind,
Replacing every negative belief within you,
Constructive one.
You can be thin,
You are making it happen right now.
And I am going to count from 1 to 5.
