Now we explore being the resting peace on a deeper level. We reach for the problemless moment, a place we can naturally go to recharge and refill our energy reserves without needing anything else than just ourselves and the experience as it is. Feel free to lay down during the meditation. If you want take a blanket over yourself and make yourself really comfable and ready to relax.

Welcome to meditation session number nine.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

You can use your own words or follow along this.

Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,

Clarity and recharging.

Now I am doing meditation.

Very good.

And we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

Here you are free to relax and let go of the events of the day so far.

Coming back to yourself.

Coming back to your body.

And coming back to your experience of just being in the moment.

You have given yourself some space to just be and to recharge,

Find clarity and focus.

Sensing your body,

Listening to your mind,

Being with yourself,

Hearing my voice.

And you can feel yourself slowing down,

Sinking down into this nice and relaxed state of just being here and now.

Sensing your body,

Hearing my voice,

Watching as the moment unfolds.

Seeing yourself sink down into a nice and relaxed state.

No need to think about anything in the future.

No need to think about anything in the past.

You can just simply be here and now.

Letting yourself just relax.

And coming back to this moment over and over.

Being here,

Here,

Here.

Again and again and again.

Always up to date with the last millisecond.

Feeling how natural it feels to just be here and now.

Feeling how your body slows down as your mind relaxes.

As a calm ocean with no waves.

Totally still.

Just light reflecting on the surface.

Allowing your mind to be here.

Just here with your body and with this experience.

The only thing that is important right now is what you experience right now.

Everything else can wait until later.

Just being here in silence and observation of your own experience.

Just allowing everything to calm down.

Right now,

Right here,

Everything is okay.

Just in this moment,

You are okay.

Just being present with yourself and letting your thoughts unwind.

Letting your mind become clear.

Allowing your body to relax and get your attention.

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here and now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths.

And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And for every time you do these meditations,

The effect will be greater.

And it will be easier and easier for you to relax into a mindful state.

Both inside the meditation and also in your daily life.

And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.

And get ready to continue the refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
