Welcome to this breathwork practice.
The purpose is to release any rage or stuck emotions that might be in the body.
To allow you to come to a resourceful state and use that energy for more creative purposes.
Now find your position laying down on your back.
We're going to stay in this position throughout the practice.
I'm going to take you through three rounds of breathwork.
When we do the breathing,
Feel free to put up your knees in the air if you want to.
And relax your buttocks,
Your hips,
So that you can release any emotions during the breathwork.
And when we hold our breath,
Then lay flat in stillness,
Observing the moment.
Make sure that you are in a place where you can be comfortable with expressing emotions or making sounds and where you will not be disturbed for the time of this practice.
Now take a few moments to begin feeling into your body.
It's no need to be in a relaxed state.
It might even be good if there is thoughts or emotions in this moment.
Just be as present as you need to be able to hear my instructions.
And now we begin.
Continue in this tempo of breathing.
That's good.
Continue in that tempo.
No break between breathing in and breathing out.
Just a circle all the time.
Breathing deep into your stomach.
Filling up your full lungs.
And as you breathe out,
Releasing out everything that is there.
If your body wants to move,
Do anything,
Do it at the same time as you're breathing.
And one last breath in.
Breathe out.
And as you breathe out,
Hold it.
Hold your breath.
Come into this moment.
Just being here with your body in this moment.
Letting go.
If you feel you have to breathe,
You can breathe before,
But otherwise we hold a little bit more.
Very good.
And then breathe in.
Recovery breath in.
And hold it for a few seconds.
And breathe out.
And get back into that rhythm for the second round.
Continue breathing.
Circle our breaths.
Releasing out everything that is there.
Releasing out everything that might be stuck in this body.
Allow this emotion to start moving in your body.
Allow these emotions to get out.
Relaxing from your buttocks.
Relaxing all your spine.
Up your spine and up to your head.
Releasing everything.
Releasing these shoulders as you're breathing.
Releasing wherever it is in your body.
Allowing this to come out.
If you need to make any sounds,
Make the sounds.
And then one more deep breath in.
And breathe out.
And hold it.
Hold your breath.
And come to stillness.
Feel any emotion.
If you feel you need to breathe in,
You can do it,
But otherwise we hold a little bit more.
And one deep breath in.
Hold it in for a little while.
Hold it in for a few seconds.
And breathing out.
Last round.
Getting back into that rhythm.
Releasing all of that tensions.
Releasing all of that blockages.
Now we're here.
Now we're here.
We are ready.
Continue that rhythm.
That's good.
Continue that rhythm deep into your stomach.
If you need to move,
If you need to make any sound,
Then do it.
Allow the body to release.
This is the time.
Now.
There is no way around these emotions.
You need to go straight through them.
You can do it.
And take one more deep breath in.
Breathing out.
And hold it.
Allowing your presence to fill up your whole being.
Staying with yourself in this moment as you're elevating to higher states.
You're doing very good.
And breathe in one deep breath.
Filling up your whole body,
Your whole being.
And breathe out.
And come back to your normal rhythm.
Breathing normally.
Releasing all resistance.
Releasing all struggle.
Surrounding whatever experience you have with a loving awareness.
Surrounding yourself with love from yourself.
Being the presence in this moment.
