Welcome to meditation practice.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Again coming back to this place inside of yourself.
Which is shining out with the presence of calm observation.
Whatever storm is outside,
This place is always there.
Shining like the sun above the clouds.
Allowing yourself to come to this place and observe this moment.
If there is any distractions taking you away from this moment,
Go easy on yourself.
It's no worries.
Just allow yourself to gently be directed to this moment,
To this observation.
When you direct yourself to this place of observation,
Your thoughts and emotions will sooner or later follow.
Coming to clarity.
Realizing that most of the time there is no need to stress.
Most of the time there is no need to worry.
Most of the time there is no need to be afraid.
You are safe because you hold yourself from this place.
You will always be able to come back to this place.
You will always be able to find this love and calmness within yourself.
And from this place you will over and over again be able to shine out with strength,
Compassion and wisdom.
Allowing you to take the actions that is needed.
And allowing you to let go of the things that is not in your path.
And finding back to this place within yourself where you give love to yourself.
Love from yourself to yourself.
Knowing that you are doing the best you can.
Allowing you to receive all that love from yourself.
Allowing it to spread up in your body,
Into your being.
And allowing you to rest here.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
And before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths.
And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
And get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
