Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
You can allow your presence to come into this moment and creating a space for any experience that you might have.
What is it like to be you in this moment?
What is the essence of this moment?
We are not interfering,
We are not trying to change it.
We're not even judging it as good or not good,
Useful or not useful.
We're simply just staying in this moment,
Observing what is here.
Giving yourself some space to just be as you are.
Allowing yourself to take a step back from doing to just being.
Holding this experience with your awareness.
Allowing your body to in its own pace find its way back to stillness as you're just relaxing into just being.
Staying in this beautiful state of just relaxing,
Allowing yourself to just be here.
Giving this break to yourself to recharge and reveal your focus.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness for that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
Now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
