"I Love You" Meditation

Hey there,

I want you to know how amazing you are.

I love your heart.

I love how you really care.

I love how you try.

I love to know how you see the world.

To hear your unique perspective different than every other person I know.

Hearing your thoughts helps me to understand the world better.

I love when you smile.

I definitely love when you laugh.

I'm so grateful you're here.

It's like my heart can feel you.

From wherever we come from,

That we really are here together.

And I'm so glad that you're here.

If you could see your heart the way I do.

With all of its life and hope and joy.

And I see the struggles that hold you back.

The voices in your mind that say there's something wrong.

But there's nothing wrong.

You just see the world differently.

And that's hard for the world right now.

We don't understand the blessing of each unique soul.

And what life will be like when every unique soul plays together and dances together.

Creating something bigger and more beautiful than we ever could have imagined.

We are coming out of a time where fitting into the structure was what was important.

But there's no room for the soul.

There's no room for each one of our individual uniqueness.

And so we feel trapped.

We feel like our perspective can't be right.

But it is.

Yes,

There's a journey of sorting out those perspectives.

Are they truly mine?

Or are these perspectives just against the system?

Or against those who have hurt me?

Who am I really?

But when we meet,

Our souls know the truth.

My soul sees your soul.

And our souls are perfect.

Our souls are filled with love.

So know that when I say I love you,

I truly love you.

To allow that in,

To open your body and mind.

To allow yourself to be perforated with love.

To walk down the street and receive the sun's love.

To feel the wind go inside of your being and tell you how much it loves you.

To hear when those around you love you.

To receive it completely into your heart.

To receive the smile of a complete stranger.

Because they saw you.

Their soul saw your soul and everyone smiled.

You are an amazing soul,

Born at this time with purpose.

There are things to experience,

There are things to do.

There is light to share.

There is joy to be had.

Pleasure.

Fun.

Lightness of being.

Laughter.

Wonderful food.

Meeting new friends.

There are so many things for your soul to do.

But first,

We receive love.

We know that we are love,

No matter what the world has said.

This is what you are made of.

So know that I love you.

Allow that into your soul.

Know that you are truly divine.

And together we are having this very interesting human experience.

Where we are filled with choice,

Filled with ideas.

Where we create our reality with every single decision we make.

And there is no judgement,

There is no right or wrong choices.

It's simply the steps we are taking.

Let's breathe together.

Feel the spirit that runs through me is the same as that which runs through you.

In many ways we truly are one.

In many ways we truly get to have different experiences.

But in our breath,

In our hearts,

We are one.

Connected in love.

Connected in hope and joy.
