This was beautiful. I enjoy a longer meditation (when I can) as it takes me into a deeper state of consciousness. I really enjoyed getting deeply connected to the different parts of my body. During the later parts I was very present to the heat I was generating and the restorative power that holds. Simple but powerful. Thank you
