This is a short guided meditation practice to take a moment to tune in, unplug, and be present with acceptance. It's in an invitation for anyone who struggles to sit down for longer periods of time, but also for anyone who just wants to take a quick break to reset in between. Enjoy.
Transcript
Welcome to this short little meditation for beginners who simply want to take a minute or two every day to connect in,
To be present and to unplug from the outside world.
Here we go.
Take a nice deep breath.
Close your eyes.
Preferably you are sitting up straight so the energy can flow vertically.
And I invite you to simply become an observer for one minute.
To become an observer and to be in acceptance with whatever is moving inside of you for this short period of time.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Relax your body.
If there is a thought,
Let the thought be there.
Simply observe the thought like a cloud that is passing through the sky.
If you notice a body sensation,
Simply be with it.
Notice it.
Relax into it.
You are taking a moment to sit with yourself and the experience you are having right now.
And let that be okay.
Let yourself be in acceptance.
And use this moment to set the intention for the rest of your day.
And so it is.
Now that wasn't too difficult,
Was it?
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Much love.
