
Find Your Breath 4-Minute Meditation

Do you need a break? This meditation gives you full permission to pause. If you need a pause in your morning, day or night. So that you can find your breath. When we are busy, overwhelmed, and stressed. We can forget to pause and take a beat. Take 4 minutes to step back and reconnect with your breath and with yourself. This meditation gives you full permission to pause.

This meditation is for you to give yourself the space,
To allow yourself to pause.
Taking a pause for the next few minutes,
Whatever may need your attention will be there when you are done.
Now close your eyes to turn your awareness within.
There is nowhere you need to be.
There is nothing you need to do.
But follow my voice and breathe.
Begin to find your breath and take a deep breath in and let that breath out.
And take another deep breath in and let that breath out.
And one more deep breath in and let that breath out.
Now begin breathing in a comfortable rhythm.
Your natural breath.
And with each breath in,
Try to bring that breath deeper into your body.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And one more deep breath in and breathe out.
Feel that your body is more relaxed and that your mind is more calm than when you began just a few minutes ago.
Thank yourself for taking this time today.
And remember,
You can always come back here to reconnect to your breath and reconnect with yourself whenever you need to.
Now slowly come back into your space,
Feeling more calm and centered than when you began.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes.
