
Connecting To The Divine In The Present Moment
We are all part of a Divine Intelligence that lives within us and all around us. And yet, how often do we forget? This guided meditation is designed to bring you back into this awareness that empowers, remembers, and creates in alignment with the divine within you. It is structured through different parts and each one of them serves a purpose, from the awareness of the breath, the body, the remembrance. How does this guided meditation make you feel? Close your eyes and sit or lay down in a comfortable position,
Bringing your awareness to your breath.
Notice your breathing.
Notice the rhythm of your breath and how your body moves with each inhale and with each exhale just so slightly and how the oxygen that is entering through the breath brings positive energy that vitalizes the cells,
Your whole body and how each exhale releases stress and everything that doesn't serve you.
Relax into this knowing.
Relax into this feeling of oneness in your whole body of oneness with the divine through the divine breath.
Feel how your body is regenerating with each in-breath and how your body is relaxing deeper with each out-breath and how the muscle tension is released.
And how everything is being synced in the divine rhythm,
How everything is being one with the divine rhythm as you connect deeper and deeper with the divine through your breath,
Through this moment through the beauty of being,
Existing,
Breathing.
How beautiful is it to breathe and how often do we forget that?
This first most important act of life ever and yet we forget to notice it.
We forget to notice the oneness that it brings,
The connection between ourselves,
Breath and the divine and how we are ever connecting to the divine and ever connected to the divine by simply existing.
Taking this moment to let ourselves simply exist,
To connect with the divine deeper,
To bring our awareness to the connection we have with the divine,
To the oneness,
To the beauty of simply existing,
Of being in this moment,
Right here,
Right now,
While being aware that we are one with the divine,
Bringing the awareness to the breath.
How do you know you are breathing?
Maybe you notice your nostrils moving with each breath and your belly slightly expanding with each in-breath and slightly contracting with each out-breath.
As you sink deeper into this moment of awareness,
As you let yourself deeper relax into this feeling of presence,
Into your own presence and the presence of the greater intelligence that surrounds you and the space all around your body,
While noticing your body in space and the connection between your body and the space around your body and you sink even deeper into this feeling of relaxation,
Connecting with your breath.
How does it feel to be present?
How does it feel to be with yourself?
If you notice your mind wandering or certain emotions show up,
That's ok.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
Wandering is the job of the mind.
That's what mind does.
And the feelings are the job of the body.
That's what body does.
It restores energy.
But in this moment,
You are the master.
You are the one who chooses to bring your attention back to your breath,
To your present moment and relax even deeper into this moment,
Into the knowing that you are one with the divine and the deeper you sink into this knowing,
The more you remember your true nature,
Who you truly are,
Your divine light within you,
Your power beyond imagination,
Your courage,
Your intelligence,
The quick silver thoughts that come to you when you most need them or when you least expect them.
How every cell of your body is continuously working to keep you safe,
Healthy and protected.
Dive into that feeling and the deeper you connect with this feeling and this knowing,
The more you step into your power and the more you remember who you truly are.
You can stay into this state of being as long as you'd like and when you're ready,
You can open up your eyes as a new person in a new world,
Being deeply connected to your true light,
To your inner light and to your true nature.
And so it is.
