Embracing new beginnings,
Begin by finding a comfortable,
Quiet space.
Sit or lie down and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
Slowly filling your lungs,
And then exhale gently.
Feel the tension leaving your body.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Envision a beautiful sunrise,
Symbolizing a new day filled with hope and possibilities.
Take a moment to reflect on the beauty of creation.
Imagine the warmth of the sun's rays touching your skin,
Bringing light and warmth to your soul.
Meditate on the idea of new beginnings.
Consider the areas of your life where you seek renewal.
And now as we move into a time of reflection,
Let's contemplate on the words from Lamentations 3,
Verses 22 and 23.
