The following is a snippet of a special Sanskrit prayer, known as the Student-Teacher Mantra. This is the first line: Om Saha naavavatu - Saha nau bhunaktu: May the creator protect and nourish us. I lived in a yoga ashram for 12 years in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts and we chanted this beautiful music every single night in the community. Enjoy!

Beautiful sounds and meaning Enjoyed translation at the end So helpful to chant or listen before a silent meditation practice because as the vibrations of sound settle - meditation can become deeper .
