This 5-minute energy reset helps you return to your center, balance your chakras, and reconnect with yourself again. It supports a vertical shift in energy, bringing clarity, alignment, and inner peace.

Transcript

Here is a quick energy reset you can do no matter where you are.

But don't just listen to it.

Do it.

It will make a difference.

First take a deep breath.

A long,

Full,

Deep breath and bring your energy back in.

Imagine gathering your energy from where it spread outside of you back in.

Call it back.

Invite it back.

Attract it back to your center,

To your core.

You can use the back of your heart as a focus point.

Good.

Take another deep breath and relax your base.

If you can stand,

Even better.

But this works in the car,

Standing,

In the grocery line or anywhere.

Just do it.

Take another deep breath.

Focus on the back of your heart.

Relax your heart.

Draw your energy in.

Relax your base.

Now move your awareness to your solar plexus.

It's probably a little collapsed.

Breathe into it.

Place your attention in the center of your sternum.

Breathe through it.

Imagine expanding it,

Popping it open.

Take another breath.

Now you've connected with the back of your heart,

Your base and your solar plexus.

If you are standing,

Feel your feet solid on the ground.

If you're sitting,

Just imagine it.

By now your energy should be flowing vertically when you focus on it.

Take another deep breath and go up to your third eye.

Breathe the energy up.

Rub your third eye gently with your finger.

Rub it up and to the sides.

Relax your face and the muscles on your face.

And with eyes closed or if you can,

You choose to keep them open,

Internally look up.

Look up with your inner eye.

Keep your head and neck straight and lift your inner eye up.

Take another deep breath.

Unhook from any lower emotions,

Patterns or noise.

Like getting your head above the clouds,

Above the mud.

One more deep breath.

Feel your feet solid on the ground.

Focus on the upper part of your third eye.

Lift it.

And at the same time imagine strong roots growing down from your feet into the earth.

Your head above the clouds,

Your feet rooted into the earth.

Your base is solid,

Your solar plexus is open and your heart is relaxed and connected to the upper part of your third eye.

Your energy back to center.

And you might need to do this a bit longer if you are very off balance.

But even a quick reset like this can make all the difference.

Now go and enjoy your day.

Love this so much, and it couldn’t have come at a better time for me! I listened yesterday (in afternoon to remind myself what I loved about it when I first heard it). Then I listened again this morning (it’s not yet 8:30AM here 🤣). It was EXACTLY what I NEEDED this morning!! I went from anxious and disconnected to calm, centered and confident that I will be able to handle whatever life has to offer today. I also know if I need a quick reset, I can listen again later on. 💕Thank you to one of my favorite teachers. I didn’t think it possible because I like to close my eyes when I visualize and when I take deep breaths for centering, but I used this meditation while driving today AND IT WORKED! Woohoo 🙌 Once again it was just what I needed. 🙏
