So how about we use this time,
This moment before sleep to bring us into that new reality.
So when we wake up,
That will be true.
That will be our new reality as we switch timelines,
Letting go of where we are,
And jumping in to where we are meant to be.

Envision all of the things that you desire to be true.
Maybe you're calling in ease,
Smooth,
Flowing.
What does your life look like when it is easy,
When there's no resistance,
And you are set to flow?
How does that feel?
What other feelings do you desire to be true?
What feelings are you craving in your chest,
In your soul,
In your heart?
And as you start to enter this mindset,
One in which there is what you desire,
The ease,
The peace,
The tranquility,
The success.
Let this be a full body experience.
One in which you know that when you wake up tomorrow,
You will already be there.
These features,
They will already be part of your waking life.
Notice how it feels to hold that within your body,
To hold the ease,
The transcendence,
The bliss.
Let that feeling swell and build in your being.
Let it boil and rise.
Play out a scene,
A specific one,
In your mind.
Go through the motions as if you're in it right now.
Lean into it,
Feel it,
Experience it,
And claim it.
This is already yours when you wake up tomorrow.
This is true.
Keep allowing yourself to fall into the timeline that you most desire.
Breathe with it and in it,
Embody it.
Maybe bring a smile to your face.
Feel the gratitude flow over you.
How grateful you feel to be in this new timeline.
