Freedom Is Within You - Find Freedom Within You

I have a series of talks that are short and sweet, perfect to provoke some thoughts & feelings within you. These can be great to get the mind and spirit working, or to be of inspiration/intention. We often imagine freedom as a concept that lives outside of us, but today, I remind you that freedom is within you. Don't give the power to the external. You are so free, I invite you to feel it.

Hi,

My name is Gabriella and I have a series of talks on here that are short and sweet,

Perfect to provoke some thoughts within you.

These can be great to get the mind and the spirit working or to be of inspiration.

However they find you,

I wish that they find you.

Today's topic is about freedom and I start off with the intention that you may take as your own which is,

I will find freedom in myself today.

We often imagine freedom as a concept,

One that lives outside of us and I mean that in we hear people assume that a relationship,

A parent,

A lover took their freedom away and I think that's because we give the power to whatever is outside of us versus owning that responsibility within us knowing that freedom truly is a state in which we live in.

It is not something that can be sent out to others because that means others can take it away.

We also hear people say their jobs restrict their freedom,

Their friends limit them,

Experiences control their freedom and although externally our freedom can be perceived as compromised,

Of course,

Freedom within is capable of being found in every single situation.

We must first feel it within and then we can give that freedom to this situation.

So for you today,

I invite you to cultivate and embrace internal freedom.

Feel the power with your heart,

Not outside of you,

But all that inner work.

Feel it with your soul.

No one can take away your freedom if you exhibit the eternal freedom that comes from within.

You are free.

You really are one with the birds,

So fly.

Put your wings on,

Break down the imaginary walls that live in your mind.

Run far and run free.

Remember who you are at your core and come back to your home.

The only true home that you will ever have,

Which is you.

So take off the self-inflicted constraints and remember that you are forever free.

Let freedom live within you and give that back out to the world.

You do not need to live feeling confined because you are free.

I hope it invoked some thoughts and feelings.
