Daurie Mangan-Dimuzio

Daurie is a certified mindfulness teacher and completed her training through the Engaged Mindfulness Institute. With a strong interest in self-compassion, she uses evidence-based mindfulness practices to help strengthen awareness, compassion, and resilience. By shifting from reactivity to curiosity, we can reduce stress, increase empathy, and stay grounded in what matters most. Daurie currently leads meditation sessions for federal employees as an internal facilitator and serves as a volunteer for More Mindfulness, a group that she co-founded. The group hosts live, virtual mindfulness sessions that are free and open to all.
