This gentle Water Journey is an invitation to soften out of the mind and into the body, using imagery and rhythm of water to support release and renewal. Guided by breath and sensation, this practice allows the nervous system to settle while inviting anything heavy, stagnant or others energies you may have picked up to gently wash away. Water reminds us that we can let that happen through ease and flow rather than force. This meditation is supportive if you are feeling in need of a reset, simply listen and allow the body to do what it naturally knows how to do.
