Hello and welcome to this water journey energy clearing meditation.
This is a really supportive meditation to do at the end of the day or at the start of the day or during the day whenever you feel that maybe your energy is off,
You've taken on others feelings,
Thoughts and you just want to come back into your own space.
It can be a really clearing and cleansing energy but also very grounding in the fact that you're back in your own energetic space and able just to handle more from what the world throws us on a daily basis.
So it can be something to do each day or just maybe once a week or once a month and it just helps you to get more aware of your own energetic connection.
So I'll invite you now just to find somewhere to lie or sit and just take a few minutes for yourself or you can even do it,
Listen while you're in the shower or in the bath,
Just enhancing that connection to water even more deeply.
And we're going to begin once you've found that spot that you're going to listen to this by just taking in some nice three deep clearing breaths into the tummy area because that just helps us connect more into the body,
Coming down from the head and into the body in the feeling sense.
So nice deep breaths and just extending the out-breath slightly so just really feeling that energetic release as you breathe out,
Helping the body to soften.
And if it helps you can close your eyes or keep them open,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
The main thing is that we're just dropping into the body,
Helping ourselves feel more grounded in the body.
Allowing the breath just to rise up now from the stomach into the chest,
Into the throat,
Into the head.
And then a nice deep breath out,
Just extending the out-breath.
We're just going to do a gentle scan of the body.
You can start by the feet working your way up.
Just being aware of any areas in the body that you may feel you're holding tension.
You may feel some resistance,
You may feel just,
They feel often knee tending to.
You may notice that more as you rise up into the tummy area or into the solar plexus,
Which is just below the chest,
Into the heart space or the throat.
We're just going to gently breathe into those areas,
Just helping them to soften,
Helping them to shift naturally without forcing anything.
Then I'd like you to drop down now into the tummy space,
Into the sacral area.
Just breathe into this area for a moment.
We're going to bring to mind now,
Being by a beautiful waterfall or river or just the ocean,
Anywhere that you just feel there's water that can be helping to cleanse on this journey.
Tuning into that element of water.
I'm going to imagine that water now just washing through the body,
Especially in this tummy area,
Just cleansing and clearing.
Taking with it any other energies or any things that we're holding on to just to be released.
As you tune into the sounds and really open the senses up to those sounds of water,
You can really connect to that feeling sense more than the thinking,
The logical mind.
Just allowing that water to take away anything that's just weighing heavy,
Anything that's in your space that you don't want there,
That's not serving you any purpose.
Just releasing that back.
I'm just going to take that to renew it,
To clean it.
So if it is something that you need to bring back in with more clarity around it,
You can do at a further time.
But for now it's just clearing our own space so that you can be with your own intuition,
Your own wisdom,
Your own insight.
I'm going to imagine that water coming in through the crown of the head and clearing all the rest of the body.
Imagine it flowing through from the crown,
Down into the throat,
Into the chest,
Into the heart space,
Into the solar plexus,
Into the stomach,
Into the sacral chakra and down into the root,
Down the base of the spine,
Into the legs,
Into the feet and out through the feet.
So you're just benefiting from a real body cleanse.
Keep breathing with that,
Breathing with the water.
Gently coming back into flow.
Away from resistance,
Away from holding,
Just into a more flow state.
And then beginning to let any images gently fade.
Just coming back to the breath for a moment and taking some nice deep clearing breaths.
Coming back into what you can feel and hear and touch.
Into your senses.
Starting to have a move around.
And then when you feel ready,
Just gently opening your eyes if they're closed.
Coming into the present moment and checking in with how you're feeling now.
And this is a practice that you can use,
As I mentioned earlier,
Daily or just when you feel like you need it.
And it just really helps to come back into a more energy clearing and centered space.
