Welcome to your meditation today.

Take a big breath in.

Exhale open mouth let it go.

Bring your left hand over your heart space and your right hand over your left.

Breathe into your heart.

When we feel grief,

Sadness or any other heavy emotion it can show up right here in our heart.

Like a weight bringing us down and keeping us here in this feeling.

Breathe.

With your awareness here at your heart I invite you to allow yourself to feel and to breathe into the sensations that are present.

Often we like to avoid,

Dismiss or distract ourselves from what is really going on.

The truth is the only way out is through.

So breathe here deep into your heart and allow whatever is coming up to come through.

It's okay.

In this moment you are safe.

No one is judging you.

No one is telling you what you should or what you need to be doing.

You have full permission to feel.

Breathe.

Let it all out.

Let it all go.

It's okay.

It will all be okay.

Breathe.

Feel.

Let it all go.

Notice any stories that begin to come up.

Stories about what this moment means or what this emotion means about you.

There is no need for judgment here.

We are all humans and emotions are a part of our human experience.
