Find a comfortable seat or lay down.

Today we are focusing on our hearts and the trust that we cultivate from within.

Start by interlacing your fingers and resting your palms over your heart.

Take a full breath into the weight of your hands over your heart.

Open your mouth,

Exhale,

Let it out with sound.

Take two more just like that.

Inhale into your heart.

Audible exhale,

Let it go.

Inhale deeply.

Exhale fully.

Stay with your awareness at your breath.

Focus on the feeling of your hands over your heart.

With every breath in,

Imagine your heart illuminating with light.

As you exhale,

Allow this light to radiate into your fingers,

Into your toes.

Breathing in,

Shining bright.

Exhaling,

Radiating into every crevice of your being.

Stay with this breath.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice any parts of your body that feel resistant to this light.

Any blockages,

Any parts of you that are choosing or desiring to stay dark.

And without judgment,

Just notice what is present.

Can you send your breath,

Your light into this space?

Are you able to illuminate your resistance?

It might just be a sensation,

A feeling,

Or maybe even a story.

Be present with what is.

Breathe.

And as you're able,

Return your breath back towards your heart.

Inhaling to illuminate brightly,

Shining like the sun.

Exhaling to share and spread your light into your space,

Into your community.

Know that whatever darkness,

Whatever resistance or blocks may come your way,

You will always have you.

You can always count on the strength,

The love,

The compassion that you possess within.

Allow yourself to feel this here.

And as you continue to breathe,

Notice again those stories or those thoughts that take you out of this moment.

Thoughts that tell you that you do not have this capacity,

Or that you're not worthy of this love.

Know that these voices are just thoughts.

They are not who you really are.

You get to choose what stories you keep and that which you let go.

Breathe in to your light.

Breathe in what you choose to keep.

Exhale what does not serve this specific moment.

And keeping your palms over your heart,

We'll finish our meditation with the affirmation,

I am.

As you inhale,

Repeat in your mind,

I exhale am.

I am.

I am.

Continue on your own.

Inhale,

I exhale am.

Gently release the words and allow that vibration to move through you.

Know that you are everything you need in this world.

Everything will unfold as it's meant to.

Trust in yourself.

Trust in your capacity.

And know that you are.

I felt I couldn't get the light to go through my lower body. and then u said it may be blockages so it did help to refocus on one spot. would like to learn more about this. the other day my reading said something about the things causing me problems might be because my lower Chakras are blocked. any insight? enjoyed the meditation! thx
