Welcome to your sleep meditation.

Find a comfortable space where you can truly allow your body to relax.

As you're ready,

Take a full breath in,

Filling up deep into your belly.

Exhale,

Softening your body into your bed,

Into your space.

Take a few more breaths,

Just like that.

Big breath in,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Inhale deeply.

Softening as you exhale,

Releasing your body,

Releasing any tension.

Oftentimes as we prepare for sleep,

Our mind can begin to race.

So as you allow yourself to enter this space,

Use your breath as an anchor into this moment.

Breathing in and out of your nose.

If you find your thoughts start to wander,

Come back to your breath.

Allow my words to guide you into your deep sleep.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice any parts of your body that are feeling tight,

Stressed,

Or tense.

Send your breath into this space,

Almost as if your breath could allow this area to expand.

As you breathe out,

Allow that tension to melt away,

Almost like butter melting off your body and into the earth.

Begin to scan your body,

Finding these spaces of tension.

Through your forehead,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Your jaw.

Feel your body heavy towards the bed,

Towards the space below you.

Know that in this moment,

You are safe.

Breathe.

Where else do you have space to soften?

Where else do you have space to let go?

Notice as the back of your eyelids start to heavy.

And if any thoughts begin to arise and take you out of this moment,

Allow that thought to float,

Floating like a cloud above you in the sky,

Bringing you back to your breath,

Back to your body.

Breathing here.

Breathing here.

Breathing here.

Thank you.
