Stress can feel overwhelming at times.

We all feel the sensations of our bodies tensing up,

Feeling the constriction,

And not allowing ourselves to surrender into the flow of life.

If you're ready to shift and release just a smidge,

A bit,

Or all of your stress,

Begin to tune into your body here.

As you breathe in,

Create tension lifting your shoulders up by your ears.

Then as you exhale,

Let out a big sigh,

Releasing the shoulders down your back and feeling your body shift,

Melting that tension,

Releasing any heaviness and allowing yourself to be fully present,

Fully alive in this space with what is right here.

Your breath.

Every inhale,

Creating space.

Every exhale,

Releasing,

Softening,

Melting away.

That's it.

As you breathe in,

Imagine a big,

Bright,

White light cleansing the space that surrounds you,

Cleansing the tension that resides within you,

Knowing that your breath has the power to shift and transform.

And as you breathe out,

Letting go of what is not serving this specific moment.

When we focus on the past or focus on what's to come,

We lose sight of what is right here,

Right now.

The truth is,

All we have,

All that's guaranteed is this moment right here.

So how do you choose to live it?

How do you choose to be in your life?

As this white,

Bright light continues to expand from within and around you,

What begins to become clear?

What do you feel?

What do you see?

What can you allow to take shape?

What is alive for you here?

Breathe.

Just breathe.

And if any of that tension begins to creep up by the neck,

The shoulders,

Or even your jaw,

I invite you to stay with this light,

Stay with the breath,

And allow it to transform and shift this tension into softness.

It's okay to let it go.

At one point in your life,

This mechanism may have protected you.

But right here in this moment,

You are safe.

Feel your feet on the earth.

Feel your bottom connected to your chair or the ground beneath you.

You are safe.

You are cared for.

Breathe.

Resting in the support of mama earth beneath you,

Take one final deep breath in.

Open the mouth.

Let out a big sigh.

Release.
