Today we will practice an affirmation meditation to help build abundance.
As you're ready,
Find your tall meditative seat.
Ground through your sit bones onto your chair or onto the ground,
Or maybe even on your bed.
Allow your spine to elevate,
Lifting your crown towards the sky.
Take a full breath into your root,
All the way up your spine into your crown.
Exhale from your crown down into your root.
Take one more breath just like this.
Inhale to lift.
Exhale to ground.
That's it.
Bring one hand onto your heart and one hand onto your belly.
Feel as your torso inflates as you breathe in.
Exhale centering yourself deeper within.
Stay with your breath.
As you stay here,
Notice your heart beating within your chest.
This is you right here,
Right now.
Allow your shoulders to soften down your back.
Bring your awareness into your third eye.
That space between your eyebrows,
The seat of intuition.
Your inner knowing.
Keeping your internal gaze at this space,
Together we'll invite the affirmation,
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
I invite you to say this out loud,
Even as a whisper,
But hear your voice as you say these words.
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
Believe what you're saying.
Continue saying this affirmation on your own.
As you continue chanting this affirmation,
Notice what arises here.
Are there physical sensations in your body?
Cringing or tensing up at this thought of abundance.
If this is occurring,
Without judgement,
Just notice.
Gently guide your awareness,
Your breath into these spaces.
Are you able to soften here?
Allowing yourself to feel and be in this abundance.
Abundance is not some distant thought.
It is a feeling.
It is a mindset.
It is a state of being.
So as we continue saying these words,
I am abundant,
Notice what else comes forward.
Maybe thoughts,
Doubts,
Resistance.
It's okay if this feeling,
If these sensations are unfamiliar.
Everything is easy when we first try.
But we can do new things.
We can experience different perspectives if we allow ourselves to.
Open yourself to abundance.
I am abundant.

Whisper now,
I am abundant.
I am abundant.
Can you give yourself the permission to fully feel these words?
To feel the sensation of abundance?
You have right now and this present is all you truly need.

Bring this affirmation inside your mind's eye,
Speaking the words in your brain.
I am abundant.
Continue repeating this affirmation in your mind.
If tension begins to arise,
Allow and soften.
What would it feel like to fully embody abundance?
Would you allow yourself that space to feel it even just for a moment?
Putting aside any resistance,
Any doubts,
Anything pulling you out of abundance,
At least for the next few minutes.
Because you are abundant.
If your mind wanders,
Come back to that phrase,
I am abundant.
Can you believe in your abundance?
Can you trust that you are abundant?
Come back to a whisper,
I am abundant.

On your own whispering out loud.
And if you have the space,
Speak out your truth here,
Using your voice,
I am abundant.
From your heart,
From your inner fire,
Speak it as if it was true.

Hold the breath at the top,
Lifting your gaze to your third eye,
Stay in.
Allow this prana,
This life force energy to build within you.
Adding into your abundance,
Sip in a little more breath.
Stay in.
Allow what is possible if you softened,
If you gave it space.
Exhale release,
Breathe.
In and out of your nose,
Breathe.
Stay with this energy,
Stay with this sensation of abundance.
And know that what you pour your energy towards will manifest,
Will come forward.
