Meditation Timer OnlineAs a Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), Rene' aims to provide trauma-informed yoga, education, and meditations to individuals who choose to take part alongside her in these practices. Yoga and meditation are an integral part of who she is as a person living in recovery, and she is excited to share them with others on the Insight Meditation platform. In addition to being a 500-hour certified yoga facilitator, she is also a certified recovery peer specialist. Empathy and compassion are woven into the fabric of her work, and she hopes that any interaction with her, recorded or in person, provides a space for others to feel seen, understood, and safe.
