My name is Belle and I'll be guiding you through the next few minutes.
Begin by finding a comfortable position,
Whether sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Feel your chest and abdomen expand with air.
Hold it for a moment and then exhale slowly,
Letting go of any tension you may be holding on to.
As you continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically,
Allow your body to relax with each breath.
Feel the weight of your body sinking into the surface beneath you,
Supported and safe.
Now bring your awareness to your heart centre,
The place where your emotions and intentions reside.
Visualise a warm,
Radiant light glowing in this space,
Filling you with love and compassion.
With each inhale,
Imagine this light expanding and growing brighter,
Filling every corner of your being with warmth and positivity.
With each exhale,
Release any doubt,
Fear or negativity that may be holding you back.
As you bask in this loving light,
Repeat the following affirmations silently or aloud,
Allowing the words to resonate deeply within you.
I am worthy of love and respect.
I trust in my ability to overcome challenges.
I am a person of great love and compassion.
I trust in my ability to overcome challenges.
I embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
I am grateful for all that I have and all that is yet to come.
I am strong,
Capable and deserving of success.
I radiate positivity and attract abundance into my life.
I honour my needs and prioritise self-care.
I am enough,
Just as I am in this present moment.
Repeat each affirmation several times,
Allowing yourself to truly believe
in the power of these words to transform your mindset and outlook on life.
With each repetition,
Feel your confidence growing stronger,
Your spirit lifting higher and your heart expanding with love and gratitude.
Continue to breathe deeply for a few more moments.
