Keep Going, You're Growing

Hi friends, Recently I've been in this space of mindfulness and awareness and hyper-vigilant of the emotions, The feelings and the experiences that people are having around me from the perspective of listening and watching and observing. I'm finding that in this moment of time there seems to be the energy of growth, But it's manifesting in a way of emotions and challenges and difficulties and really painful in a sort. I was just having a conversation with my cousin. We use this Marco Polo app and it's a video chat app. She was having this inner struggle with her daughter and violin lessons. Her daughter has recently come to the place where she's disenchanted with practicing the violin. My cousin has been struggling with do I push her, Do I make her or do I let her quit? Her husband is in this space of saying that this is part of the process and she's got to move through it. As she and I are having this conversation, It hit me. I think God is so funny in the way that these experiences and these spiritual insights come to me in the manner that they do. So as I'm sitting with this and talking to her about it, I realized that her daughter and so many of us are in a place of growth. What happens is when things become challenging, So my thought process with her and the violin is that maybe she's stepping up, Maybe she's moving into another level, Maybe it's not as comfortable because it's becoming more challenging, Maybe she's got to push through these challenges and maybe she's not as good as she was because now the lessons are increasing. We know that naturally when there's a pause or hesitation, The mind automatically sees it as danger. It goes back to eons ago with the saber-toothed tiger. Our natural instincts would kick in and we would pause and hesitate and usually it was because there was danger ahead. Fast forward into this new energy and what happens is when our mind pauses, It goes back to that place like there's danger. With children and even adults, We don't necessarily understand it, So we get diverted in another direction. It's so easy to quit. What that made me realize is there are so many people, Myself included out there, Who are in a process of growth. You've asked for, You've called upon, You've wished for, You're setting intentions, You're making adjustments and what happens is when you do that, Naturally the law of attraction shifts energy for you and things become a little more challenging. That relationship that you're not happy in or the job that you're not happy in becomes a little more difficult. What happens is naturally we want to pull the eject button in a way where you just stay in the relationship or you stay in the job or you keep having the experience because it becomes hard to actually sit in that space of being uncomfortable and pushing through it. What I was saying to my cousin unknowingly is that she's probably in a place of growth with the violin. It's becoming more challenging and naturally because of that she wants to pull the eject button because it's not a safe space. I find that that's happening to so many of us now on the planet is that we're being pushed and squeezed. Remember, Law of attraction, What you put out, You get back. Remember you're a magnet for energy. The more you push out there, The idea of peace and joy and happiness and adventure and freedom, What happens is whatever is not in that vibration is going to show up and it's going to make you uncomfortable and that's where you have to take action. Now a lot of the people that I work with are caregivers, Healers, Earth angels, Lightworkers and empaths. What happens is we are people pleasers in a sense where we want people around us to be happy so we will sacrifice our own needs, Our own ideas, Our own soul growth to please others. But what's happening is so many of us now are feeling this tug of war inside. I want to really shine a light on the fact that you are growing. You're in a space of moving to the next level for your soul growth and it will be challenging but it doesn't have to be painful if you can see that that's part of the process. It always reminds me of when kids are in pain or they've got aches and pains and parents take their children to the doctors and the doctors say there's nothing wrong with them, It's growing pains. So we also have to understand that growing can be painful but it's not punishment, It's something that we have to push through. So think about Olympians. I can just imagine how many times they want to quit. It also makes me think of American Idol and America's Got Talent and The Voice. So many times those people and a lot of times their kids are up there and they're thanking their parents, Their thinking, Loved ones and grandparents for pushing them to get where they are in that space. So what happens is, You know, My cousin's experiences was that she wants to be a good mom, She wants to be supportive and I think that's part of being a parent is providing a sacred space for your child to navigate and feel their way out. And I feel like that's what God does to us. He creates this safe space for us to work through these emotions, Have these up and downs and really push through. So I want to really use this podcast to really support you, Comfort you, Teach you and inspire you to keep moving. I've seen so often the Archangel Asriel, So I've talked about him in other podcasts. He is the angel of courage, He is not courage, I'm sorry, Comfort and he's the angel that helps us move through transitions. And I'm finding that on a planetary level, There's so many people going through these transitions and this growth process, But it's becoming longer and more painful and dragged out because people are looking externally for people, Places, Things and ideas to comfort, Support, Teach, I mean, I'm sorry, To fix, Save, Change and make better. So for me, What I've been doing is taking a step back and really being mindful of how I'm feeling, Sitting in the discomfort and allowing it to move through my body. And from that space, I get more clarity about like what's next. And a lot of times it's patience and waiting for that door to open. And so another idea that I've been coming up with or thinking about on top of that is that so many of us believe in the energy of God. We believe there is this higher power, We've seen it manifest in so many ways. But my question to myself and clients lately have been, I understand that you believe that there is this higher power out there, But the question now is, Do you believe in the power of God that he will ultimately provide for and send his armies and angels to assist with you? So, You know, I've been doing this work for the last 10 years or so. And this concept that I recently fell into was like, God, I've struggled so often because I know there's a God, I know there's this higher power, Source, Creator, Universe, Energy. I've seen the magnitude of it. But for myself, Why don't I believe all the time that this power will provide for me? And so I've been sitting with the idea of understanding what faith is and the power of God and trusting in that power. So this is the next step for so many people because what happens is when we want to take things to the next level, When we want to grow, We just don't know what we're going to come out to. So think about the seed under the ground and it's germinating and it's pulling in the energy from the dirt, The soil, The water that comes in, The sunlight that's warm in the ground. But ultimately, That seed doesn't know what's going to happen as it pops out of that soil. And so many of us are in this place now where we're in this darkness and we really don't know it's even like the same thing as the birthing canal, Right? You're in this safe space. But as you're moving through the birth canal, You don't know what's going to be on the other side. And more often than not, When you come out on the other side, There's love, There's comfort, There's peace. So you have to really be mindful of how your mind is tricking you or derailing you or moving you in another direction or what I see so many people doing is because that self love and self empowerment isn't strong yet, So many people internalize it as they're doing something wrong. So I feel like if things are getting more challenging for you right now, If they're getting more difficult, I say, Yay, It's because you're moving in the direction that you're supposed to be going. So keep calling on God and his armies of angels to assist you. Don't stop, Keep moving. It's like so many of us are at the last mile of the marathon. We can't yet see the finish line, But we're so close, But yet so tired, Right? So like I said, With any type of challenge, Whether it's learning a new instrument or getting a better education or working through a relationship, Remember, The more you grow, The more things need to shift and change. So it's really a matter of learning how to be comfortable, Uncomfortable. And in that space, It teaches you how to take care of yourself in a way that will be the most comfortable for you. So being able to communicate with the people around you saying, Hey, I need a break or I need to go for a walk or I can't do this today or and I find that I've been using my voice more lately where I'm busier at work. And again, There's a lot of growth happening with me. I'm doing a lot of bodily self care. And because of that, A lot of stuff is coming up, A lot of emotions. And so I make plans to go out and do things. But yet when that time comes, I'm exhausted or I'm tired. And I'm just honest with the person saying, Hey, You know what? I've been really working a lot lately and I really need a break or I'm super tired or let me get back to you. I don't know yet because I don't know how I'm going to be feeling. And when I come from that place of honesty, People will respect that instead of making excuses, Instead of just forcing myself to do things. And I have to say they're fun things. They're going out to dinners and lunches and gatherings. But what I'm realizing for myself is that I'm around people a lot. So when I've had a busy week and there's this fundraiser or an event or a function and I'm depleted, I have to take a step back. Now this is something that I've accepted as part of the work that I do. It's part of my passion, But it's also giving me an opportunity to understand myself. And this has been such a huge theme for so many people is really loving yourself and being able to set boundaries in a space that you can respect and people can respect. And again, It's communication. It's respecting yourself. It's really standing in a space that works for you here and now today. What's good for you today isn't necessarily going to be good for you tomorrow or even a week from now. So you have to understand that practicing this mindfulness, Understanding the growth process and that naturally you're going to want to give up. You're going to want to quit. Now I have to say there's a difference with something that's just not working for you. So I've been really struggling with the idea of teaching less. I love teaching. I love teaching in general, But what I've been teaching, I haven't been loving lately. And that's been a reflection on the attendance in my classes. And now I have this belief system that that is part of my, Let's say, Income to sustain. But yet the inside of me is saying, Gosh, There's so much more I want to do and I'm just not loving this part anymore. And it's time for me to let it go. And then there's this mindful part that says, But this is part of your income and this is how you make money. And I recognize that that's an old belief. I have to remember that God is the provider. God writes the checks. God provides the money and he may use things like that to provide for, But it's not the only way. So even that idea of if you're contemplating on leaving a relationship or you're contemplating on leaving a job and the money is connected, I say get in closer relationship to God and his angels. Ask them for assistance and this will help you with faith and believing in the power of God. And then what happens is one door opens and then another door opens and then another door opens and so forth and so on. So as you're going through this space, As you're moving through it, You're going to recognize the difficulties and the challenges. Now that just doesn't mean just pull the eject button because like I said, You could be in a place of growth and adjusting. And that's where I always say go to God, Call on his armies of angels to work with you because they will show you and then that will strengthen your belief in this power of God that he will provide for you. So I recently asked a client that and I said I know you believe in God. I know you know there's this higher power. I said but do you believe that he will ultimately and absolutely provide for you? And she was struggling with leaving a job and she's got the old belief that, Well and it comes from her parents that this is a secure job and you're lucky you have a job but yet she's really struggling and now anxiety has gotten worse and she's sadder because of it. And so all these old beliefs come up and I asked her, I said do you really believe that? Do you really believe that that's the way to live for her? And now it doesn't mean everybody's meant to just leave their jobs and pursue their lives. I say oh there's always a process. But I know that she's in a place of growth. I know these challenges are coming up because she is moving in another direction. She has to trust in the power of God that he will ultimately get her to where she belongs and that her soul will guide her that the answers are within. And so when I asked her I said I know you understand the idea of God and I know you believe in God but do you believe in the power that he will ultimately provide for you? And she looked at me she goes honestly I don't know. She goes and that's so sad. I said let me validate. I struggle with that as well, Right? But I think that's part of the process. I think that reinforces your foundation because then when you go to God in that space and saying instead of rejecting you because I'm in a space I don't like, I'm going to come closer and closer to you. And in that space I see how you're going to show up for me. I see how you're going to send me. The people places things in ideas and that strengthens my power. So I was watching the Billboard Music Awards last night and Janet Jackson had made a comment that the ultimate power and the ultimate way to fix things is through God and it was so powerful. And it really opens up people's minds to what the idea and energy of God is and also too shows our belief systems and our fears, Right? And I have to say I commended my client for being able to admit that she struggled with that and believing that God will ultimately support her financially, Emotionally, Mentally, Spiritually. And I have to say that's the space that God gives us. That's the growth process. And so I was able to validate for her and say I struggle with that too. And now for her to look at me, Somebody who does this work for a living, I think it's so important to be transparent. And I could see just kind of the energy released from her when she says, Hey, Gladys understands too. And even though she does this work, It doesn't mean that she doesn't struggle with this ego mind and this spiritual body of hers. But I think that's the growth process. And the key thing that I told her is that this is for a lifetime. These are experiences that we're going to have for a lifetime, But it doesn't mean we have to struggle. Once you know the process and you're aware of it, You're more empowered to say, All right, I get it. God, I'm ready to move on to the next step. So I have this feelings that there are big changes coming for me. I'm working through my physical body and emotional and mental body and understanding myself more so that when these doors open for me, I will walk free and clear. And I also understand it's part of the growth process. And as I said earlier, The more you want, The more things need to shift and change. So if you're in this space and you're struggling with your sense of community, Your tribe, What necessarily you loved, You're not loving anymore, Understand that it's part of the growth process, That God is saying to you that he has something more and he will comfort, Support, Teach you and inspire you. And so when you're in these moments of struggle and difficulty, Snuggle closer to God, Whether you're listening to a pastor on YouTube, Some of the pastors that I like to listen to is T. D. Jakes or Joel Osteen or Pastor Rick Warren, Joyce Meyer. So these are some of the pastors that I go to and I really just ask God to speak to me through one of them. So I'll just scroll through my playlist of preachers and I'll just click on one. And it's always what I need to hear. So it really is you taking the action, Taking that step and giving God permission. And so I also want to share some angels that can help with this process for you. So Archangel Raphael, He's the angel of healing. And so before you move forward, You may have parts of you in your life that you need to heal. There may be things from your childhood that might be limiting you and your growth process that you don't know yet. So call on the Archangel Raphael to show you and assist you with the healing process so that you can move forward with ease. Archangel Michael helps with fear. So if you're fearful of taking the leap and you're not completely sure, Ask Archangel Michael to walk ahead of you to clear the way using his sword and shield to protect you as you move forward. Mother Mary, So many times when we're going through this process, We need nurturing. We need love. We need comfort. We need support. So calling on the Mother Mary and asking her to just surround us in her unconditional love and wisdom of knowing from being here on this planet. I mean, You don't think she struggled with Jesus and his path and how he just didn't conform to the norm. And God bless her for giving him the space to become who he was. So again, Having the support and that energy, When I think of Mother Mary, I just imagine myself climbing into her lap and putting my hand on her shoulder and just sitting and being with her. That's the support I need when I call on Mother Mary. Also to Angel Asriel. Asriel is the angel that helps us with transitions. He's also the angel that helps us with comfort. So again, Mother Mary and Asriel with the comfort and just creating that safe space. So how often do you go and you nurture a child, You give them that safe space and you comfort and love them. And then what happens is they jump off your lap and they're good. Right. And it's like, Man, That was easy. Well, We as adults and beings of God need that as well. So I say love yourself enough to call on this energy, Call on this unconditional love vibration. God and his armies of angels to comfort you, Support you, Teach you, Inspire, But keep going. I think that's the best advice that I can give. Show up to these experiences fully. If you need support, Like I said, There are amazing therapists out there. Even the physical therapy that I'm going through right now is so emotionally healing. So God will send you the right people, Places, Things, And ideas that can support you in your journey instead of trying to figure it all out.
