Good morning,
This is a guided morning meditation for positive energy.
My name is Rishi and I'll guide you through this session today.
I invite you to come into a comfortable seated position.
You could do this lying down if you're still in bed but just make sure you remain aware and alert throughout.
So settle into that comfortable position now.
Close your eyes and relax.
And you can take a deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the lungs nicely,
And breathe out through the nose or the mouth,
Slowly.
And then again,
A deep breath in,
And a long,
Slow breath out.
And when you're ready,
One more deep breath in,
Followed by a long,
Slow exhalation,
And then let your breath return to normal.
And begin to become aware of your heart.
Bring all of your focus and attention to the center of the chest and try to become aware of the heart.
Maybe you feel that area clearly or maybe not so much,
But just try to hold your attention there at the heart.
And as you continue connecting with your heart,
Think of something you feel grateful for this morning.
It could be a person,
A material object,
A memory,
Anything that you feel grateful for.
Hold that idea in mind and feel your heart.
Continue feeling your heart.
And we'll come back to another breathing practice.
So feeling the heart and breathe in positive energy into the heart.
Breathe out,
Spreading it through the whole body.
Breathe calm and peace into your heart.
Breathe out,
Calm and peace into every cell.
Breathe joy and abundance into the heart.
Breathe out joy and abundance through every part of you.
Breathing light and love into the heart.
Breathe out light and love into every corner of your being.
Breathe strength and vitality into your heart.
Breathe out strength and vitality into every muscle.
Breathe out strength and vitality into every muscle.
Breathe serenity and clarity into the heart.
Breathe out that energy into every thought.
Breathe creativity and inspiration into your heart.
Breathe out and spread that creativity and inspiration into the body.
Breathe in confidence and courage into the heart and feel that energy moving into your whole body as you breathe out.
And you can let your breath come back to normal now,
Still aware of and feeling the heart and listening to these words of wisdom.
Embrace today with an open heart and a positive mind,
Knowing that you have the strength and courage to make it a wonderful and fulfilling day.
Trust in yourself and the universe and let your inner light shine brightly in all you do.
Today is a fresh start,
A new opportunity to create joy and success in your life.
Believe in your potential,
Take every moment as a chance to grow.
Stay connected to your heart and watch the magic unfold.
