So,

The series we are together working on to become a seeker.

So our journey is now to become a seeker.

So in the first lesson we understood that the mind lives in five subjective states and the fourth state what we normally translate as a one-pointedness of the mind.

So this one-pointedness of the mind is not normally understood as a concentrated or a focused state.

So in order to be one-pointed and to be a seeker we discussed in the second topic that how to become a human being.

Do you still remember?

I have to think.

I have to,

No I like you and I hate you.

I don't think what it means by I like and I hate you.

So when you start contemplating on these words that govern our mind and dictate our life you will say why there is nothing to be liked upon and disliked upon.

So that demands your intellect to work on.

We take it for granted.

We take it for granted.

We follow them up.

Do you know who's sad?

If you repeat the untruth or false a hundred thousand times it becomes true.

I don't want to name that guy.

You already know it.

So because the mind is subjected,

Heavily conditioned by these thoughts and ideas.

So if I do not think over it I take it for granted and the mind falls into ignorance.

Then the third comes we understood the good work alone is not enough.

Do you remember?

No,

I have been very kind to you.

What happened to me?

I am still in stress.

So those who fall in love because of the attachment then they suffer.

I love you but do you really love me the way I love you?

No because I am attached.

I am ready to exploit you because you fall in love.

It's very easy to exploit.

Do you see that?

So then we are good people and we find what we find.

Oh I am so good.

I have been very kind.

I sacrificed everything for others but no.

So the knowledge is required.

And in the last week we understood what exactly is evolved,

Evolving and to be evolved.

Leave aside all the religion even leave it the yoga,

Meditation etc.

Understand that part.

That the nature is evolving is it not?

So figure out what is evolved.

Body and the nervous system is fully evolved.

What is evolving?

Mind is evolving.

So if the mind evolves from the body in the matter it means there must be something hidden in the mind to be evolved and that is what the real self is.

Are you getting it?

So you have to listen to it and apply that in your life.

Now today's will help you remove lot of misconceptions.

We have couple of yoga teachers also.

So I will reproduce the teachings of Sri Aurobindo,

One of the great masters.

So what is that?

He says there are four helpers.

So these four helpers and the four aids help you to reach to what we discussed about the one pointed state of the mind that makes you a seeker.

What are these four?

First is the knowledge.

Knowledge of the Eastern wisdom.

See that you are living in anxiety and stress and suffering.

So you go to a,

With due respect to the science also,

I'm not criticizing,

So you go to a psychiatrist and psychotherapist,

They say oh you have,

They dig every day,

Every time you go to them they ask you what about your anxiety?

Did you have little,

5% or 10%?

They only talk of anxiety.

They don't have a different perspective.

That come on,

The peace is your essential nature.

See that.

Now if you do not study the Eastern wisdom,

You don't have the knowledge that the peace and happiness are my essential nature,

You don't get a different perspective.

You don't have any perspective.

So to change the perspective in the mind,

The first helper is to learn the principles and the practices of the Eastern wisdom.

Clear?

Now what is this principles of the Eastern wisdom,

Where it lies?

But let us first understand the four helpers.

The first is the knowledge,

The body of the knowledge of Eastern wisdom and the second is the utsaha.

Utsaha means jeed,

Enthusiasm,

Or you can say a patient,

Persistent effort and action on the lines of the knowledge.

Did you get it?

If I don't have an enthusiasm,

You know,

If I teach with eyes closed,

Okay,

Now you can do the meditation.

So definitely you will say he is already suffering.

Why should I attend his session?

Two things.

First is the knowledge,

Second is the enthusiasm and the third is the teacher.

Whether it is a teacher or any person,

Uplifting the knowledge and effort of a seeker into the domain of your experience,

Your direct suggestion,

The teacher you are embracing the teachings of any teacher which is uplifting,

Which helps you by example.

And the fourth is the time.

You see the four helper?

Fourth is the time,

The third is the teacher,

The second is the jeed,

Enthusiasm and the first one is the body of the knowledge.

Now where the knowledge lies?

You have to think of it again and again so that your intellect is clear,

Your mind becomes pure.

So what the Eastern wisdom says?

The entire Eastern wisdom says that this knowledge is located in the heart of every thinking and living being.

Are we a thinking human being?

Now I am adding another sentence,

Pay attention to it.

Have you heard about Kundalini?

Obviously,

A lot of teachers are there,

Kundalini,

Six petals,

Where are the six petals located?

Lotus six petals,

Color of a lotus.

Now with you,

Now I am using that word,

Pay attention,

The lotus of knowledge is a bud closed and folded up within us.

Did you get it?

Don't start thinking,

You know,

My six petal lotus awakened and your only four petal lotus awakened.

So I am at a higher level than you.

My lotus petals are yellow in color,

Yours in red in color,

So you have more problem,

Mine is yellow in color.

So we are not talking of that.

Get out of this.

So symbolism,

Symbolism conveys the message in the knowledge.

So what is the first principle?

First principle is the knowledge,

Where the knowledge is located inside the heart,

Inside my heart,

Inside your heart.

It is not that it is only located in my heart and it is not located in your heart,

So we have to implant it.

Did you understand the meaning?

The lotus of that knowledge is a bud closed and folded up within us,

That is why we are not a seeker.

Got it?

Now understand this.

So that lotus swiftly and gradually opens up,

Petal by petal,

Through understanding,

Through practice,

Once you are becoming a seeker.

So what is that opening means?

Opening means now your mind is no longer confined by the attachment.

Did you get it?

It is not limited and confined by the attachment.

It is not getting influenced and dictated by the things like likes and dislikes,

Pain and pleasure of the world outside.

First we understand this and then we will use the second part.

So first is that knowledge.

Knowledge is like a bud.

Petal needs to be opened.

Why they are not opened?

They are not opened because of attachment,

Because of desire,

Because of seeking pleasure outside.

So there are a lot of stuff the mind has accumulated.

So what is the secret there?

Why the teacher is constantly speaking about the real self?

So we say that you choose the real self and the real self will choose you.

You choose anxiety,

The anxiety will choose you.

He who chooses the real self has been chosen by the real self.

When I choose the real self,

I receive the touch without which there is no awakening of,

Without which there is no awakening of this bud of lotus.

So again I am repeating in a one way.

First principle,

I must receive the knowledge.

Now see I don't understand so let me understand it again.

Let me understand it again.

I don't understand you,

Don't understand me,

Understand the knowledge.

Hammer your intellect.

Until that understanding enters into you.

Now I am living in anxiety,

I carry the burden of entire world on my shoulder,

What should I do?

Jump into an ocean,

That is the only alternative.

Now you are a seeker so I have to be a little tough.

Jump into an ocean,

What else you can do?

So when I choose the real self,

That bud of the knowledge starts opening up,

Step by step.

Second,

Second what we say the guru or the teacher,

You know there is no need to learn from a teacher.

There are many people,

There are many great masters who did not have a teacher.

They reach to that white,

The knowledge is located deep inside the heart.

But we need to have that knowledge.

So what happens when you learn from a teacher,

Who simply personalizes the teaching by example,

By influence and by the principles.

Three things,

By example,

By influence and by principles of the Eastern wisdom.

That is why the teacher is an instrument.

Teacher is an instrument for you to become a seeker.

Nothing less than that,

Nothing more than that.

One of the great masters who is known as the Lord of Yoga,

Whose name is Dattatreya,

He made 24 teachers.

Arth was his teacher,

The snake was his teacher.

Now I'm not deviating but just I'm giving you,

One day we will talk about it,

What it means.

He made Arth as a teacher,

The snake as a teacher,

The space as a teacher,

What it means.

So if we have that level of awareness by which we can learn from every incident,

You don't need a human teacher.

But the teacher is required.

So now see that knowledge and the teacher combine this.

First principle,

First aid or first helper is the knowledge.

Where the knowledge is?

It is located in the heart of everyone.

How as a bud I have to open it.

So first the opening can be done,

Can be helped by the teacher.

We teachers have a representative influence,

That is all.

Not more than that.

But in the life of a seeker,

As you continue to listen,

Contemplate and reflect,

Then it becomes an easy process.

It is not that you need to look at my beer,

Longer the beer,

Greater the wisdom and then I have to learn it.

No,

You have to focus on the knowledge part.

Knowledge part,

Leave aside the shape,

Size,

Color,

Expression,

Focus on the knowledge.

That is what the teacher does.

Two things.

Third,

Where is the third one?

Third one is the jeal,

The utsaha,

The enthusiasm.

Aurobindo master,

Aurobindo writes,

I want to quote that,

The ideal seeker should be able to say in a biblical phrase.

There is a biblical phrase,

My jeal for the Lord has eaten me up.

Do you see that?

My zeal for the Lord has eaten me up.

It is this jeal for the Lord that is required.

The intense aspiration within.

We have an intense desire,

The craving and obsession.

So now the same obsession is turned in war.

I am anxious to know about the real self.

The heart's eagerness for the attainment of the real self.

So when I have an intense aspiration for the real self,

What happens?

It kills our ego.

It kills our attachment.

It breaks up all the limitations caused in the mind.

We experience the sense of freedom.

We should have an intense aspiration.

So now you see the knowledge is first and the representative influenced by the teacher.

You get the same thing.

Your mind moves into the fourth state.

That is one-pointedness.

Your mind,

Your intellect,

It sharpens.

Intellect leaves likes and dislikes,

Attachment and detachment.

It doesn't worry about.

So you are ready to open the petal by petal,

The nollies.

In Kundalini we talk about,

You know,

Brandy may tell you that six petals or ten petals,

Twelve petals,

I even forgot it.

So every petal represents one state of knowledge.

So if I start thinking and start practicing,

All these petals starts opening up.

It removes that ignorance.

So three things,

The teacher,

The knowledge.

Third is the ji.

What about the time?

What about the time?

Can we say time?

Now see how,

Why many people leave.

They join.

They say,

No,

I like you,

But you know,

But everything is okay.

I don't want to attend.

Don't attend.

So what is this time?

Time is the,

Time is needed for the effectivity of the process.

Time presents itself to a human effort as an enemy or friend,

As a resistance,

A medium or an instrument.

Are you getting it?

Time,

Field of consciousness.

Time is a field of circumstances and the forces meeting and working out a resultant progression of time and it measures.

Now see,

Understand from a different point of view,

To the ego it is a resistance.

To the real self it is an instrument.

Did you understand?

Pay attention,

Think of it.

To the ego it is a resistance.

Ego says I have understood,

I did the practice,

What happened?

Nothing happened.

Nothing will happen to you.

Why you are thinking in that way?

So to the ego it is a resistance,

But to the real self it is an instrument.

How you want to use the time?

Think of it.

I know that.

It's a while over.

Effort is personal.

Time appears as a resistance.

Pay attention,

Think of it again and again.

What happens?

Time appears as a resistance means I have a problem of ego.

How to get rid of that?

Understand the principle again and again.

Listening to the teacher,

Do the practice again and again,

But the moment your mind says time is an instrument for me,

90% of the problems will go away.

All the resistance to become a seeker will drop.

I believe you all are getting it.

Time,

Time.

So use the time as a resistance,

So use the time as an instrument.

So what it means?

I said no I did not succeed in meditation.

Master told me go back again,

Practice again.

So I'm using another time as an instrument.

No no I will not do it.

This meditation practice doesn't suit me.

As if you know it is a shirt or a trouser,

It doesn't suit you,

It doesn't fit you.

We have to pay attention to understanding.

I'm not going into any dogma,

Believe.

So what it means?

Sucker's life time means the endless patience,

Endless patience.

Because I am going to discover the highest existence that is real self.

So I have an endless patience.

Today I fail,

Tomorrow I will definitely succeed with that idea in the mind.

When we work we enter into the fourth state of the mind and that makes us a seeker.

So see that.

Four.

Think of it.

Think of it again.

Eastern wisdom,

The knowledge of the Eastern wisdom.

I don't know physics,

You know I have to put the knowledge of the physics in my head.

So simple.

So I don't know indeed understanding about the real self.

Let me put the knowledge of the real self.

So if that knowledge is placed in my head by a teacher,

If you feel better by yourself,

Still much better.

Why to go with a teacher if you can do that?

But the teacher personalizes the teaching by example,

By influence,

By the principle.

And the third principle,

The zeal.

I should have that level of enthusiasm,

Patient and persistent work.

So should I leave all my profession?

I'm earning money and sometime I pay you.

When a student from Eastern Europe told me that if I don't run how can I pay you?

How can you give a lesson?

Think of it.

It is totally in a different dimension.

So third is patient and persistent effort.

And the fourth is the time.

Now answer to this question that should I leave everything and focus on this?

No.

Internally,

Internally you are as a seeker 24 by 7.

If you are married you are not a husband 24 by 7 inside or a wife.

You are not an IT expert in here 24 by 7.

But when you express it outside then it becomes a particular job in a profession.

Again go back.

Do I live with an awareness that I have to find the real self?

Real self,

Are you working in this IT profession?

Real self,

Are you working as a teacher?

Real self,

I am simply that awareness is required.

With that awareness the knowledge starts entering into you.

So these are the four A's.

Think of it.

If you have any issue tell me.

We will have questions if you even send the questions by email I will like to answer it.

That's what I am doing.

So with that idea and understanding so let us start our practice.

Close your eyes.

We will follow.

Gradually I will make a little change in these practices as you go along with these principles.

Eyes are closed in the stage one.

Go to the highest.

What is highest?

Doing nothing.

Why doing nothing?

Real self is already within me.

Where it is located I don't remember.

If I say it is already within me 100%.

So that is why I say the stage one is the highest.

Body is steady.

Soul is facing within.

Looking at the neck joint.

You already know.

Pay attention.

Look at the neck joint.

Be there.

Feel the sensation,

Comfort and steadiness and then look into the space.

We are searching the real self.

So we have to start a journey from somewhere.

So we start the journey from being comfortable.

Why?

Because the mind is too much obsessed with the body.

It claims I am the body.

I have to get rid of this attachment.

Not the attachment from outside.

That will be done by itself.

So what we introduced is sense of detachment.

Look at the shoulder joint.

Be there.

Feel.

What do you feel?

You feel the sensation,

Comfort,

Steadiness,

Then the space.

Do you see a sense of detachment with the body at this moment?

So what is going to happen?

Corresponding knowledge will awaken in you.

Transparent with the body,

One pattle opens.

It has nothing to do with red,

Light,

Blue,

Black.

They are symbolic.

If you get totally obsessed with those colors of the paddles,

You will lose the entire journey.

The entire body from the crown of the head to the toes and being aware of living in that state of sensation,

Comfort and steadiness and being aware of the space within and sense of attachment.

Now I will cover up some thoughts that are coming to my mind that I will cover up in the next session.

Being carefree.

Now see,

Being carefree is the mountain carefree about us whether we hike on that or we return.

So what is the property of a mountain?

To stand still.

Our real self stands still.

With reference to any thought,

Feelings,

Sensation,

Let the mind invoke these thoughts.

Let it cover the real self which is a mountain.

Let it leave.

We are not affected.

I'm giving you the words in your mind that wisdom,

Passing on that wisdom.

It's symbolic.

Nothing happens to something within me.

What about these thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations?

And that makes you natural.

The mind turns inward.

This turning of the mind inward is known as the one-pointedness mind.

Understand it clearly.

That's why I picked up the first lesson,

That fourth state of the mind and I'm using the same word one-pointedness.

But that state is totally different.

Now the second stage we continue to remove the three states of the mind by active steps.

So let us continue with first paying attention.

You are attentive,

You are aware and you listen to the instructions,

The entire rib cage,

Expansion and contraction by short,

Gentle breathing through both the nostrils.

So focus inside the rib cage and start breathing.

Quick,

Short and gentle breath.

What are we doing?

Why?

Continue quick,

Short and gentle breath,

But may pay attention,

Awareness and attention,

Expansion and contraction of the rib cage.

Is it not one-pointedness?

Yes,

It helps us to move the mind when in.

Continue.

And stop this.

Definitely you enter into a new experience in the changes.

What should we do?

This is what we say.

We have understood the principle and the teacher helps us to understand.

These you recognize and accept the changes.

Don't get upset.

Don't get carried away by these changes.

As we move deeper,

We'll understand what.

Now we will start with the belly breathing.

This time your belly expends in contracts,

Not the rib cage.

It means it is a little longer breath through your belly.

Belly squeezes when you exhale the belly,

Expends when you inhale.

Let us start.

Continue.

Long.

It's a little longer breath than the belly because lower lobes of the lungs are longer than the upper lobes of the lungs that fits into the rib cage.

So it's easy.

We know,

We understand.

Continue at the same time you undergo a change is an experience.

You do not stop that.

You continue that.

You continue.

Now see how the time comes here.

Is it a helper to the real self?

It is an instrument.

So when I say you are doing it for two minutes,

You enjoy.

And when the mind says,

No,

I cannot do it.

Let me stop it.

Let me change it.

So okay,

Today you stopped it,

But tomorrow you should be ready to do it for a longer period.

This is how it works.

Time,

Not a resistance,

But is an instrument of my real self.

Not what the mind says I should be doing,

But I should be doing what the knowledge says.

Now stop it.

Do nothing.

Do nothing.

So when you do nothing,

Recognize,

Accept the changes.

We're not going into today's session.

We'll go a little deeper in the next session.

Recognize the changes.

Accept it.

We need not to worry about it.

Belly is totally static like a mountain which you are breathing.

So when you are doing a physical activity with a brisk breathing,

Then comes the understanding of hyperventilation,

Not here.

And now the third breathing,

Focus inside the forehead.

You have to inhale long and deep,

Both into the belly and the rib cage and breathe out from the belly and the rib cage.

Long deep in the hissing breath.

Let the noise of the breath should also be there.

Long deep in the hissing breath.

Continue.

Continue.

Continue.

And stop it.

Pay attention now to the deep silent in slow breath.

What it means?

You start continuing.

Continue the deep silent in slow breath.

And normally sometime when you start doing it for more than nine minutes,

A lot of inbuilt inhibitions are released.

And when they are released,

You may get sometime too much of laughing,

Too much of crying,

Too much of tears,

That we are going to start in few weeks,

Provided you agree with it.

So you are doing so now,

We will follow what we have been doing 10 seconds of inhalation,

Deep silent in slow,

15 seconds of retention.

In that retention,

We practice the mantra inside with the knowledge.

You see that that's how you open the patterns.

You need not to create an imagination of these patterns.

It helps.

It will take 15 years regular practice.

And what we are doing,

It takes a couple of weeks and months.

So let us start inhale deep silent in slow.

Continue to inhale deep silent in slow.

My friends retain the breath.

Sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu.

Release the breath.

What it means?

May there be well-being for all.

So you see exactly the well-being in you and everyone outside.

So the mind drops that idea,

The past impressions,

The future worries and the anxiety.

And that state of awareness opens the so-called patter.

Inhale deeply,

Continue to inhale into the valley,

Into the rib cage.

Keep your mind inside the heart,

Retain the breath.

Now sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu.

Release the breath.

You need not to just think only may there be a well-being that knowledge replaces the garbage in the mind.

In turn opens the patterns.

Understanding is the key.

Inhale deep silent in slow again into the valley and the rib cage.

Keep your focus inside the heart where the real self lies,

Retain the breath.

Sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu,

Sarvesham swester bhavatu.

Release the breath.

Enjoy that state.

The second mantra is sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

May there be peace for all.

So what is the knowledge hidden into it?

Let the mind expand like the infinite space inside and outside.

Why?

The good space is peace.

Inhale deep silent in slow without making any noise.

Hold the breath,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

Release the breath.

Here we are not,

Are neither athlete or gymnast or someone who retains the breath and demonstrates.

We are retaining the breath to keep the mind focused inside.

That is our goal.

Not to demonstrate how long we can retain the breath.

So 15 seconds is normal for everyone.

We are inhaling deep silent in slow.

So we are inhaling for 10 seconds.

So I gave you now it is done.

Retain the breath.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Peace.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

When you release the breath,

Allow the breath to be normal.

There is another subtle point that we should note.

When you release the breath and your breath returns to the normal from the very first breath,

You are progressing.

Why should I be a judge?

Check it again.

Let us do the same thing again.

Inhale deep silent in slow.

Continue to inhale.

Continue to inhale.

Retain the breath now.

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu,

Sarvesham shantir bhavatu.

Release the breath and check.

When you act on releasing the breath,

It will not happen.

Simply the mind leaves the breath.

And that breath returns to its normalcy from the very first breath.

What it means?

The mind is already living with it.

Inhale deep silent in slow.

Continue to inhale our third line.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

May there be well-being.

Hold the breath.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Release the breath.

Did you notice?

Not only that factor which is perfectly normal,

The second factor will be the,

Your breath will be equal in both the nostrils.

Do you remember?

How those masters have discovered these practices is something extraordinary.

Inhale deep silent in slow.

Continue to inhale for 10 seconds.

Retain the breath.

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Release the breath.

Notice only,

Not only two things but many,

But at present two things are enough.

Both the nostril is equal from both and next breath becomes so normal you don't even notice it.

Inhale deep silent in slow into your belly in the rib cage.

No noise.

No noise.

Then retain the breath,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu,

Sarvesham puranam bhavatu.

Release the breath.

Notice two things.

You see knowledge part is the most important.

Now we'll be doing the fourth line,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu.

May there be a speciousness for all where the peace,

Well-being and the completeness merges together.

Inhale deep silent in slow.

Continue to inhale.

10 seconds.

Reaching the breath,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu.

Release.

So when I say release,

It appears it is an act.

Somewhere in the mind,

The mind drops that,

Drops holding the breath.

I know you understand that.

Inhale deep silent in slow into your belly in the rib cage.

In the breath,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu.

And release.

When the journey becomes easy and natural,

You'll find it is rewarding too.

Inhale deep silent in slow.

Retain the breath,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu,

Sarvesham mangalambhavatu.

Release the breath.

Those whom I am watching in the videos and I see that they have been able to maintain a total stillness of a mountain.

I gave an example assembly.

I believe you remember.

Now hiking inside the heart.

Hiking inside the heart,

Being aware of the space inside.

First point.

So when I say one point,

Okay,

Be one pointedness for a moment.

At a point in the space,

Good.

Sei shantuham means I am the peace.

Become aware of the infinite space all around you.

Done.

You again continue to move the mind with him.

Find a second pointer in the space.

Mind says it is very difficult to pick a point in the space.

You see?

Why they are saying?

Knowledge is not understood.

So what should we do?

Maybe after the practice,

Listen to it,

Sit down,

Contemplate and reflect.

Find the second point and shantuham.

Maybe during the day you pick up every step and you do only one step during the day.

Don't you see the space between you and me?

Yes,

I see it.

Can you pick a point in that space?

Oh,

Yes,

No.

Many people will say yes and no.

Make it yes by practice.

Continue shantuham,

Another pointer.

In that process you will find sometimes the mind is lost somewhere.

It returns again.

It looks into the heart.

It becomes aware of the space.

Then it drops shantuham.

Then it forgets.

You may think,

Oh,

It's so casual.

I can do that,

My friend.

Definitely you can do that.

But there is a but too.

We have to remove that but.

This is what the master or windows saying,

Jil,

Enthusiasm.

And that changes the entire mind.

It's no longer interested in attachment or detachment,

Likes or dislikes.

It lives the life.

Shantuham.

The time will come when I will say shantuham.

It will thrill your mind.

The mind will go inside the heart.

Shanti shanti shanti.

Bring your mind on the right hand.

Your mind on the left hand.

Lift your both the palms,

Place it in your eyes,

Open the eyes inside.

Know your experiences.

Bring the hands down.

How are you,

David and Jerry?

Very good.

It was the first part.

My lower lip was vibrating from the first part of it for quite a while,

I think.

And then that went away and I started to see some indigo for a little bit.

And then the last bit,

It was just black.

It was totally black as if totally settled.

Yes.

Yeah.

That's a good experience.

When my mind was looking for the spot,

It was just like black.

There's nowhere.

Yes.

That's good.

How are you,

Jerry?

I'm good,

Sir.

A lot of heat,

Like sweaty palms during the breathing and then white and indigo.

And then same as David,

Just the space.

Just the space.

Beautiful.

Now we will link that heat with the release of our past inhibitions and impressions.

We all have.

So if you guys are ready,

We can do it breathing.

We can increase the intensity of breathing maybe for six to nine minutes.

Are you ready,

Kristina?

How are you?

I was going to say,

I think I need to be with you.

Yes,

You have to be with me.

I seem to,

Yes,

Because I seem to be really seen every time.

But at the beginning,

I felt full vibration of my body that was very cool.

And then that turned into a little overwhelming.

And so the tears came,

But it's okay because I've used it not as a restraint as an instrument.

And so that helped me through the practice today.

So thank you for that.

But now tears are not a problem.

Good.

How are you,

Stephen?

I'm very good.

Very quick,

Very quiet,

Dark.

It was nothing but darkness.

And my only thing that I felt is fluttering of my heart.

Beautiful.

You know,

That is another representation what David,

Jerry and Kristina and you are explaining.

It is pointing to something that one pointed state.

And once we get that our journey becomes so wonderful and beautiful.

How are you,

Brandy?

Hi,

I'm relaxed and comfortable.

And that was my whole meditation.

It's okay.

Go through it.

Understand it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

That's good.

And the way that's also excellent because if you continue to live into that state,

You are relaxed.

You say it and I'll check.

Are you relaxed 24 by seven?

You are done.

That is another way to see one pointedness.

How are you,

Sam?

I'm really good.

I had a lot of dark,

Quiet,

Peaceful best ways to describe it.

It was also very quick.

Quick.

Yeah.

Yeah.

The moment you say quick,

It is definitely deeper.

How are you,

Daniel?

Return again after a long time.

That's two weeks.

I lost last week.

Thank you.

For me,

That was very quiet and I would say very deep.

Very deep.

I also had a lot of feeling of time.

It was like diving in very dark water without having all these senses just disappear.

So that was very quiet and deep,

I would say.

Thank you.

Yeah.

That's a beautiful expression.

You know,

You see that?

Are you aware of the sense?

Sorry,

Deprivation tanks.

One scientist works on it.

You lie down on this tank and you are deprived of any of the objects of the senses.

You don't feel the touch,

Sounds,

Taste,

Etc.

That helps the mind to withdraw itself.

But that becomes a mechanical because your previous impressions continue to remain there.

That's another tropical take-off.

Barbara,

How are you?

I'm fine.

I'm fine.

I'm very relaxed.

I've stored a lot of indigo blue.

It was really beautiful.

Yeah.

But at one point,

I felt very emotional.

It just came and it went.

Yes,

Yes.

Yes,

That's what we are trying to do.

We release the impressions that are stored,

But we are not aware.

And sometimes they come up.

So we maintain an awareness that will help us.

So you see the uniformity,

That uniformity of the experiences will start coming.

How are you,

Internet?

Internet has gone.

Ashok?

Sir,

I'm good and I'm the office actually.

I'm trying to do regular activity.

Regular,

Yes.

I'm in the office,

But I didn't.

Did it?

Yes.

Very good.

Yeah,

Yeah.

I'm waiting for a good result.

How are you,

Sangeeta?

Sir,

I'm in the office.

I'm in the office.

I'm in the office.

Good.

She was in the space and she was feeling totally calm.

Understand the four parts.

Remember this and think over it.

The knowledge is where in the heart,

But why I don't know,

It is sleeping,

A bud of a lotus.

Think in that way.

So it has to open up so I must understand it,

Either by a teacher or by myself,

By studying.

But I should continue to study.

I should continue to practice patience and persistent effort.

That's what the Shok was saying.

That is required and fourth is the time.

Do you feel the time is the resistance or do you feel the time is an instrument for me to realize the highest?

So once you live into that state,

You will see a greater change in the coming weeks.

And that is all for,

Thank you very much.

We will meet again.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for each.

Thank you.

Namaste.
